really great video, just one nitpick is that you should really say that you are only animating rebel movements in India that are on the Burmese border @hurricanehunter03 As a NE Indian I completely understand that it might be near impossible to draw all the factions in NE India so just make that distinction also, a final nitpick is that a few groups such as the NNC, MNF, ALA, Tai Khamti Liberation Front & Other Arunachalee forces, Hijam Irabot's Red Guard, and UNLFW & PREPAK & allies aren't shown in the map in their activities in Myanmar, and that NSCN is shown as one contiguous force instead of as a split up group of rival warlord factions (NSCN-K, KK, YA, IM, NS, etc). Once again I understand the difficulty though, and I'm pleasantly surprised that you actually animated something this complicated lmao
@3haAD90011 ай бұрын
a few other nitpicks include you still showing 'Shanti Bahini' as a contiguous force post-97 instead of showing it split up into multiple factions such as the UPDF and PCJSS's JLA, not showing a couple of internecine rebel clashes, etc

@@fionneus my old comment got deleted??? but basically they are a rebel outfit which subsequently reorganized into United Peoples Democratic Front with 50-70 members. It is headed by Sumona Munlang who is notable for being a former member of D-Company (Daw00d Ibr@him's gang) in the 90s and early 00s, and the outfit is alleged to have committed much murder and bank fraud and r@pe. They got wiped out in early 2010s allegedly after all of them were killed or captured. Relatively minor group but the arunachalee forces overall controlled a significant portion of AP between the 90s and the early-2010s

What were the territories controlled by rebels in Nagaland, India? I personally have never heard about any such occupation. Probably due to less press in the NE region. Do enlighten me about that.

@justsomeguy16959 ай бұрын
@@runajain5773 yeah I heard about it like it wasn't a single insurgency but multiples from different organizations like the MNF used to be rebels until they joined politics.
