Hi, lm autistic and the cat story really helped me understand myself. I had my elderly dog pts, she was 17. I wanted them to come to the house to be calmer for us both but it was rushed, l kind of went with it on autopilot and l really regret my decision, l should have waited. It's been treally traumatic and lm feeling a lot of shame. My shame and guilt part is really powerful and lm struggling to get past this.
