Can your manager keep you from getting called for interviews for i ternal positions? Is there a workaround for this besides leaving the company?

It really depends on your working relationship with your manager but yes it is possible. I recommend a completely transparent discussion with your manager and ask them for the specific improvement areas you need to focus on to be considered for an internal role if you prefer to stay in your current company. This gives them an opportunity to be honest with you if there is anything stopping them from recommending you for an internal role.

Hello, I have an interview tomorrow. RPO recruiter can you give me advice cause it will be face to face and I have no experience. Originally I am an accountant but I wanna work in HR So I'm thinking about my accounting experience might be usefull for the interview as well. As far as I know there are a lot of accountant job offers in Europe so I can use my skills during the recruitment
