My god that was enlightening. I have this issue for over 20-years with internal trembling mostly felt on my left side, particularly around shoulder, neck and in my head. I have had various scans and seen various doctors, who in the end have me believing I am imagining the issue, or have gone crazy. My local GP practise has completely dismissed me as being some sort of idiot. Your explanation makes logical sense, and now from listening to you I actually believe there is a sensible explanation for the issue. Thank you for producing this video as I have been searching a possible explanation of this problem for so many years.

This video saved my life! I hadn't slept in DAYS and everything felt like it was falling apart. I figured out my whole body electrical storms and violent sleep zaps were my bent neck from my job looking down at faces all day. So Ifor 10 minutes laid on this old chiropractic wedge I had and every single storm and zap ended and I slept 11 hours. Saved me b/c my fiancé is in the hospital with broken ribs and needs me SO badly so now I can care for him. I WISH YOU WERE IN MY AREA. It's taken 6 years to figure this out. I had to find it on KZbin after 7 different doctors telling me 5 different diagnoses. "Anxiety, Mercury in the blood causing nerve damage, Stage 2 adrenal fatigue/low cortisol causing the zaps at night when cortisol drops,......." etc. It's been a legendary nightmare.

I have lifted weights for 20 years- My neck always hurts- The moment I drift into sleep, my body starts trembling on the inside and my heart pounds a little, makes me wake up instantly. Even when I awaken, the trembling is still there. It feels like a rush that comes on when it happens. Is this what you're describing? I have been to 3 neurologists, did brain wave tests, EMG test, sleep study... NO ANSWERS. Could it be my neck???? HELP!

I'm so thankful for this video! I've sustained neck and back injuries from car accidents in the past, and have seen a chiropractor off an on over the past couple of years. However, the internal tremors have started over the past few months. I chalked it up to severe stress and anxiety from studying for a major exam, and not taking vacation time on my job. However, last night, I discovered that it actually had to do with my neck and spinal cord...since I only feel the internal tremors when I'm lying down (when I go to bed and wake up). This video cleared up so much for me. God Bless!

This is starting to make sense. Suffer from compression fractures in several vertebrae and disc degeneration. Had l4-5 fusion and gonna need another on l5/s1. T4, t8 and now t12 fracture. Went to ER for this buzzing and basically was told I was crazy. Took an oncologist to show me how my spine was straight with no curve to it and two collapsed disc in one of the thoracic vertebrae, which he suggested I get a cement injected to expand them. Took an oncologist and a urologist to spot these while my spine surgeons and pain management drs never could.

I believe it technically still is neurological. After all, it is your nerves sending false signals to activate muscles. The relevant difference is whether it is directly caused by a neurological issue or if the neural signals are being sent because of something else, like the neck.

Amazing! I've experienced internal vibrations for probably more than 10 years. I only rarely notice it, but my spouse can feel the vibration across the bed as soon as I lay down. I have been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis and for sure have neck issues. Been diagnosed with Meniere's Disease, but now this video has me wondering if the tinnitus, dizziness and mild nausea are cervical related rather than inner ear. Also experience at times horrible involuntary grinding of the jaws, and have neck/shoulder tension so bad that physical therapists say they have rarely seen anyone so rigid in those areas. I do know of at least one incident of probable whiplash when I was on a bike and looked up just in time to catch a tree limb into my helmet (broke the helmet). Sure wish I lived in South Florida instead of TN. Wow!

But the good news is that we have found Prolotherapy to be a very successful treatment for cervical instability and we would absolutely love to help you, at a minimum you’d have a proper diagnosis. We are not in TN but we do have patients who travel from all over the globe on a daily basis and TN is not too far! Give us a call if you find that you can make it here😊

I have suffered from many internal injuries from a breech labor and delivery that went very badly 29 years ago. I have such severe constant pain from L4/L5/S1 and on down through everything (sacrum, si joints, rear end, around hip joint areas and on down into my thighs, legs, ankles feet) I can feel lots of nerves through rear and groins that quiver, twitch, trembling like sensation of many nerves. No one has been able to repair me and this has taken my life from me. Constant battle of pain around the clock for decades but, I’m getting very tired of the struggle. Pelvic ring injuries around to my lower back. 3 different types of pain going on. My daughter was breech and was lodged so badly. They were running out of time and had to go ahead and use extreme measures to save her. I just thought that as I healed over the days and weeks, the pain would subside but that wasn’t what happened. Untreated pain is absolutely 10 and puts me in an almost catatonic like state….treated I struggle from an 8 to a 4 every day. Today,..I am stuck at a 7 and I’m frustrated and this is how I found your channel. Even though this is not neck pain for me,…it is nerve pain and then muscle tissue, ligaments etc that were torn. I wish I could find someone who could set me free from this permanent pain. I wanted to have some pain free years before I die. I’m 58 now. You explain things very well on your channel!!!!

how are you correcting your scoliosis? I have this internal vibrations, tinnitus, so there is constant ringing to accompany the constant buzz vibrations in both legs and base of spine. I have mild kyphoscoliosis and I have no curve in my neck "military neck" ...there are a few reasons you can have internal vibrations listed on medical websites and none of them have mentioned neck spinal cord tension. My nuerologist said my electrical humming feeling was caused by the ideopathic small fiber neuropathy she newly DXed me with but I'm wondering if she thinks I meant pins and needle tingle sensation ....

It wakes me up several times a night sometimes along with racing heart/palpitations. It's been so worrying! Lately I've been feeling slightly lightheaded and nauseous. It's so hard to explain any of this to doctors. I've had an ECG and blood tests and it was all normal. I wish I could figure this out -- I'll have to look onto it being spinal related

I appreciate your explanation, I will have to see a prolotherapy doctor to try to pin point the problem. I've had very light buzzing in my body for 5 to 6 years but for the last 3 months it has increased intensity. It happens mostly when I'm asleep , then I wake up with either no vibration of the whole body vibrating from chest to feet. Some days I think it's getting better then the next day it's my whole body that vibrates. I have the same position to sleep every night, as straight as I can, why is it that I have different intensity of vibration from night to night? I'm a little desperate, I'm afraid it might be Parkinson's Disease. :-( I will try to go see a doctor prolotherapist and see what he has to say. Thank you for this lecture, I have hope it's going to be treated. Dominique ;-)

I know the comments section is not for diagnosis but I’m running out of options and desperately need help. I have an undiagnosed suspected “Neuro” illness for the past 2 years and I experience these internal tremors as well. Sometimes I literally think we’re having tremors of the earth. I have unexplained weakness, chronic hiccups/diaphragm spasms, head to toe spasms even in my throat and many more strange symptoms. I’ve had my spine checked multiple times and they say my spinal problems aren’t bad enough to cause all of this. I have kyphoscoiliosis and mild cervical instability…so they say. Bone spurs in cervical and thoracic area and some degeneration along with ventral cord contact. Interestingly, when I go on an inversion table I’m very briefly able to regain my strength. Just had a muscle biopsy and it revealed mild myopathic features with type 1 and 2 fiber type atrophy with no identifying cause. I wish I had the financial ability to come see you guys because my life has come to a halt. I’m almost 41 and now need a wheelchair and had to move in with my mom. I’m really struggling to get the help that I so desperately need and my quality of life has gone down significantly.

Hi Jessica-your symptoms sound a lot like mine. I have an inherited neuro-muscular disease called CMT (Charcot Marie Tooth) There are several types, but essentially, faulty genes cause sporadic myelin sheaths around many nerves throughout the body. I have no reflexes(knees), scoliosis, foot-drop, cavus (extremely high arches) feet, internal tremors, an essential tremor in my forearms, slow walking, and many more..This slows the signal to muscles. Have you had an EMG nerve test?

Shawn we are so grateful that you found this video informative - that's why we do this! We are praying for your complete healing from these tremors! It is very likely that the car accident is what initiated it - instability is degenerative, meaning it will continue to worsen over time if nothing is done about it, if you have not yet been evaluated it would be a good idea! I have this! Exactly this! It's been about 18 months of constant internal vibrations, numbness all over my body, plus being lightheaded and dizzy. Main stream docs did a lot of tests and said that we should just do 'symptom management'. Umm, no! Finally made my way to a NUCCA chiropractor who did a lot of imaging and found that my entire spine was curving strangely because my C1 and C2 vertebrae were pushed off to the left. Plus both vertebrae were rotated in opposite directions. Definitely causing tension to the spinal cord and probably the vagus nerve and all the other things that run through that area. My question is . . . Once the tension is removed, how long does it take for the irritation to calm down and symptoms to improve? I've had some reduction in localized neck symptoms (pain, clicking, popping) but not in the numbness, vibration, and other whole body symptoms.

Have had sciatica in the past which affected my left leg too. Just visited chiropractor and with just their observations of me, sitting and standing, they were able to pick up that my left side is lower. They asked if I had lower back issues, which I do, but didn’t initially tell them as I went it with pinched nerve in neck concerns. After asking if I had low back issues I then said yes, and they said, ok good, because it looks as tho your pelvis might be slightly lower too, and could be due to a slight curvature in my spine. Without even touching me they were able to speak on things I did have concerns about. Going for xrays next week to see how things in spine and neck are looking

I have trembling vibrations going down both legs into my feet since 2014. I’ve had two ACDF done at C4-C5 and C5-C6. My surgeons and other spine doctors say it’s due to my lumbar region. I've had some really bad nightmares since I was a kid. I would sometimes wake up with paralysis from these nightmares. Very scary as a child. example, I've never been bitten by a dog or a stung by bees but my dreams had a dog jumping on my back and biting my neck or bees attacking my back then I woke up and couldn't move or speak for about a minute. Near 18 years old I figured out it was because when I slept on my back... even with a pillow to support my head. When I don't sleep on my back I don't hardly have any bad dreams. Years later, car accident and x-ray by chiropractor showed I have a completely straight neck, but healthy. He asked if I had bad migraines and I said never. I told him about the dream thing and he said he never heard of such a thing. In my 20's waking up from a nightmare to find myself sleeping on my back, I always roll over of course. But those dreams were like my body was throbbing and my dreams of being pulled off my bed and I couldn't move or same but started floating in my room or a body part was being pulled into the air. The other night I woke up from a low humming like a bee flying near your ear and my whole body was vibrating. When I say vibrating it wasn't like a body message machine going on, it was like taking dice in Yahtzee and shaking the cup to mix them really fast. You're video confirms thoughts of my self diagnosis but my spine has a good flow of fluid. I think it has to be where it connects to my skull.😮‍💨

lupus is a very serious disease that can shorten your life span....there are tests, like blood tests and skin/organ biopsies to verify it. You got a positive test back for lupus?

I got hit by a car when I was eleven years old in 1979 in San Jose, Ca. The impact had me flying or tumbling onto the ground. My right femur broke clean in half. During hospital recovery, tests were done and I don't remember much in details but I obviously did not suffer mightily as in paralysis and wheelchair bound but I realized decades later that my trembling and loss of full hand muscle control must have been due to the automobile impact.

Here I am again just saw pain management and get the same story. There is nothing they can do for me. . I’m crying I have been to your office I’m in the Hope pace program and aim going down hill I pray and pray no doctors can help me. I need Jesus to heal me cause I have no hope. Was walking a year ago now using a walker. Can’t always control my bladder and so unsteady. Can’t sleep at night they are the worse. Was told I would become paralyzed. Had to give up driving my first nice car. Have to get transportation to get anywhere. I just keep praying for a miricle since I cant see you. It driving me crazy. And then when I get spasms and jerking extremities. Or draw up in a ball in spasms. Cry in pain. Mostly at night . Was in the hospital they did nothing either said what was wrong but no treatment. We so hopeful when I saw you then got disappointed . Possible help but can’t afford out of pocket especially when on Medicaid now. In the time I texted this my arm went numb.

I have had internal tremors from my belly down to my toes, for 5 months straight. My neurologist did MRI and DAT SCAN. DAT was normal, cervical MRI showed bulging disk, forminal stenosis and a few other things. He told me none of this was the cause of my tremors and told me to see my endocrinologist or psychiatrist. I'm so frustrated that I don't know what to do. I feel like I'm going crazy because this feeling is so intense that it makes me very anxious. How do I get help if my neurologist won't help me? Thank you for the video.

Same here, but only after getting a weakness in my body that started in calves and spread through entire body. My neurologist suspects Guillaune Barré, but I think it’s related to the neck since it all started when I was lying in a really dumb position and then suddenly got an electric sensation in the neck.

Yep - cervical instability can present itself in an abundance of ways, this being one of them! We always recommend (to everyone, not just patients!) to always always always be mindful of your posture, continue looking up and limiting screen time. Instability is degenerative, meaning it doesn't just happen over night, it is from consistently having poor posture and health!

Has anyone had the head tremors while sleeping but then when it wakes you up the tremor stops? Nobody can help me or understand why this happens. The head tremors are only when I sleep but they stop upon waking. It’s so strange.

Does scoliosis cause tremors or vibrations in the body?
@CaringmedicalProlotherapy
@CaringmedicalProlotherapy 11 ай бұрын
We suggest looking at this video on scoliosis and cervical instability! kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqWafZyOgtdqr5Y Cervical instability can cause tremors and vibrations throughout the body - when an individual has scoliosis, their body is trying to compensate for the curvature of the spine which can cause other issues in the body like cervical instability.

39 year old male. Athlete. No chronic conditions. Do not take any meds. Have a nerve conduction test for some muscle twitching. Since then ( 6 weeks ) I’ve had vibration in extremity that was tested as well as pins and needles and burning in palm of hand same extremity and and in the left which was not tested. Asymptomatic prior. MRI neck no disk herniation or spinal stenosis. Moderate wear and tear. Again no issues prior to nerve conduction/emg. Was this provoked by this test

I got this from my doctor messing with an anti-psychotic and then reinstating it. It’s been off and on in my legs but only when I lie down. When I stand during the day. Getting up and walking around makes it stop. I had a full body MRI to rule out spinal issues. Nope, drugs. I’m hoping one I’m off the drugs I’m free of this forever.
