Mines blowing hot air while ac is on. Compressor works, clutch engages and the condenser gets ice cold. That bottom actuator may be the fix.

My truck came with no motors lol, swapped for new servos and the blend door is stripped out and the motor just spins for like 2 rotations

That's made the dump truck look a little smarter, what happened with the mirror? Looking forward to seeing the work on the shop and seeing the new lighting that should make the videos so much better when you take them indoors. Not much to add on this one. (Thank god for that he says).

Too bad you can't put a clamp/zip tie around the outside of that housing ( heater/vent/defrost) once you get it on the shaft to help it from splitting again

Hey JC could an Eaton fuller 6 speed on a dt466 handle a pto for a 10ft dump body? Thinking of building a dump out of a road tractor.

Is this shed your complete shop I do like what you are doing.i worked on trucks and heavy equipment for 45 years now I don't have enough working parts to work on much of anything. I went to work for an excavator outfit one time and my first morning on the job I came into the shop and there were ten tires sitting there, I removed from the dump truck all ten tires and dismounted and mounted new tires and was on the job sight by noon.

I'm good at changing truck tires,. But the old spoke rims can be very dangerous to mess with. That's y I wait for assistance with those.

i dont think i am good at changing tires. i get it done....not as fast as i would have when i was your age...when you get older you find ways to work a little smarter and easier.
