Why Big like (A380 - Boeing 747) planes can't land in CCU ??

Only 747-8 and a380 can't, because the taxi way is narrow in ccu

There is no issues in runways or taxiway for both 747 and a380. New rapid taxiways are well enough or you can say more than sufficient. Earlier days lots of 747 operated from CCU. May be few 747 cargo are still operating. Only a380 didn't land because of not getting 'F' certificate from DGCA. This certificate is not a problem, it can be arranged any time when AAI feels it's requirement ( it can happen after phase II expansion). But main problem for a380 is lack in business class passengers from CCU and so that operating a380 from CCU is not economical for the operator.

@@darrensamim if you type Kolkata Airport in google you will get ample of pictures and videos taken from inside as it's a public place and I don't find anything private. Yes if someone is showcasing the Atc conversation that's incorrect which is not good at all. Spotting planes is not a bad hobby I guess. Plane spotting is done only for showcasing Aircrafts not to show any internal matters. Thank You ❤️
