Josh is an inspiration. As much of a goofy dipsh** as he is, his glow-up is REAL. He needs to write a workout book that includes recipes and exercises that HE used/uses to go from being unhappy with his body and a kid who dreamt of being a chef while binge watching Food Network, to being an incredibly successful chef with his own show and the body of a Greek god. Peru was the first Latin country to establish diplomatic relations with Japan in the 1800s, so there are many Peruvians with Japanese ancestry in Peru. I personally prefer the "Mettbrötchen", which basically is a bun with minced raw pork shoulder, and some onions and paprika-pouder on it - such a great treat, every time of the day, especially for breakfast. Raw pork has to be prepared with a lot of caution of course, and there are heavy regulations regarding "Mett" in Germany. But if you ever find yourself here, give it a try, it really is delicious!

Hi Fun little comment- Cumin is used in Mexican cuisine but more in the Northern States for our guisados or moles. It’s a Mediterranean spice but was adapted to give a smokiness to our dishes. Just like Al Pastor was adapted from Lebanses Cuisine.🤗

I had NO clue what it was until Stevie said it was Osseworst. Didn't look like Osseworst at all. That's something you spread, you don't eat it as a slice. They should have given them a "Broodje Martino". 😋
