@@Horizon_333 Not really. They're telling us that men need to be more like women. Look at the lingo used: Emotions, real men, gentle, nurturing, supportive, sensitive, vulnerable, scared, hurt, gender equality, male stereotypes, paternity leave, inclusive and other words typically associated with women or with feminism. Only one word related to traditional masculinity: brave. But others such as courage, strength, competitiveness, duty, risk, danger, valor, protection, respect, sacrifice, responsibility, recognition didn't feature. The message clearly is that those terms and values cannot possibly be positive because they are typically male. But the reality is that our society benefits from those values, day in day out, but takes them for granted. Only a sick feminist society would see things that way Next time there is a storm and your power goes out for an hour, you should know that some people were sent out there to work in terrible conditions and awful weather to restore power to YOU. And 99% of them are men. They work so you can be comfortable. Those are the invisible men to whom we say: "you should show your emotions". If they did, you wouldn't have power for days!

I really dislike the sterotypes for men and see it kind of.the opposite way you seem to see it. Men are allowed to feel vulnerable, scared and hurt, the same way that women are allowed to be strong and brave. I believe international Men’s day and Woman’s should not be about celebrating the good men and women do, but instead recognising the hardships of being the gender. I believe that watching a video basically congratulating men for being men or women for being women and giving insight on some of the most important people of that gender in history would be... almost patronising, at least still betraying that feeling of superiority. A whole video of people boasting about how great their gender is. I certainly feel this way when watching those videos of women on Woman’s Day kissing each others’ arses just for being women. But think of how a video recognising the everyday struggles men have to go through. Of course this counts for women too. No arse-kissing. No asserting feelings of superiority. Just a non bias video explaining why it is hard to be whatever gender, and letting people know why they deserve respect. I think that would be a lot more powerful than just people celebrating their gender. I hope you find this comment interesting and maybe even true, and have a nice day.

International Men’s Day: Respect 👍🏾 International Women’s Day: Respect 👍🏾 What a sad world we humans live in. This battle of the sexes between men and women seriously must come to an end immediately because it is so depressing & so infuriating. As a mature young man myself born in 1998 who believes in equal human rights for both men and women, I have a deep burning hatred for both misogynists who are anti-women & misandrists who are anti-men because they are both stupid bigots. Without women there would be no humans on the planet meaning no girls, no boys, no women, and not even men because they struggle plus suffer by carrying their babies for approximately nine months in their womb & they give birth in a painful way by bringing life to this planet, they nurture their babies plus they help men fix our society. Without men there would be no infrastructure on the planet meaning no bridges, no buildings, no electricity, no houses, no roads, and also no vehicles & men also use their sperm to get women pregnant. So these misandrists and these misogynists need to shut their annoying, bigoted, evil, stupid, mouths up & must accept the fact that men & women are human beings period. To all my fellow human brothers and sisters around the world, always remember be genuine & take care of one another.

How many times do they have to mention emotions or "a narrow minded masculinity" to find out that it isn't about "narrow minded masculinity" and that it doesn't revolve around emotions. Like they couldn't take that time to that they constantly repeated that to highlight, besides about the 30 seconds it took to list 4 or 5 issues, to list more than 4 or 5 issues such as homelessness rates or work place death rates or war death rates or specific issues that men face in the country that they're located in such as how in the US the official rape definition doesn't include being made to penetrate or how about half of domestice violence is reciprocated or how 40% of victims are male? Like seriously! It's good that they made this but it's seriously biased af

This is the most passive aggressive ad Ive seen in a long time, pretending to support men while insulting us at the same time. Smh. Yall dont talk abt the toxic femininity on International Women's Day why talk abt toxic masculinity on International Men's Day?

When will men be given equal opportunities? What does equal opportunities mean? 50% in every role should be female, is the convential interpretation. But there is another side. It takes 2 to fulfill an opportunity - 1 to create the opportunity and one to take it on. We are all familiar with the second half of this - women demanding equality in taking on opportunities but what about equality in the first half, creating the opportunities? We can all name industries, business, I institutions, sports etc created and built up by men. Now offering opportunities to women. Can you name an equal number or scope of industries, businesses, institutions or even sports created and built up by women, offering opportunities to men? No, neither can I. So equal opportunities seems for to be sharing equally the opportunities created by men. Does that sound equal? When will men be given equal opportunities? I will not hold my breath!

We at National Action Committee for Status of Women in Canada would like to thank all you women editors, producers, directors, actors, singers, news and talk shows from BANNING International manboys day. CBC interviewed Egyptian feminists leader calling for women to start murdering 14 men per week while CTV openly discussed with panel of six expert women the culling of men. And Global repeated women for Father’s Day instead women for sexist men’s day too. If anything like Oprah and Helen point out we’ve had enough of men enjoying luxury of their advantage every single day so in school last week we taught boys how useless redundant inferior they are as Obama Trudeau say no place for boys in future only girls. Down with fathers and international men’s day. Thank you feminism! Just kidding? Plthbst

International Men's Day gets fucking questioned on why it's needed, if it's needed, gets talked about in ways like "isn't every day international men's day?" or "men don't need international men's day" and that's been going on for some time, not just once lol.
