A non variable turbo which is VERY reliable. Because the 6.4maxxforce sucked do much ass we had to go back 35yrs to get it right again. Overall seems to be a good combination

Luckily. They knew that, so they stopped using it when the LT came around. Those had the option for an A26 or a Cummins. The maxxforce was fully dumped since then, as far as i know at least.

I live hearing the words "we eliminated..." Still though, Internationals tend to be throw away trucks. Buy them relatively cheap when new, sell it to some poor owner operator after 5 years and repeat.

THE H SERIES WITH SETBACK ENGINE AND AXLE , HAD A HORRIBLY SMALL SPACE BETWEEN THE BRAKE PEDAL AND DOGHOUSE!! IF YOU HAD SIZE 12 OR 13 WORK SHOES YOU COULD EASILY TAP THE BRAKE PEDAL AND ACCELERATOR PEDALS EASILY OR GET YOUR SHOE CAUGHT UNDER THE BRAKE PEDAL, IN AN EMERGENCY!! NOT GOOD!!!
