International Space Center - Cities Skylines Modular Builds - No Mods (Mini Build Guides)

Today we're taking a viewer request for a space center! Using the high tech content creator packs, unique buildings, power plants and monuments to form something! First time I have ever tried to build something like this, so I hope you enjoy it!
These smaller quick modular builds will focus on a few cute designs and will help you with designing new areas or upgrading old ones within your current city. All un-modded and console player friendly!

Really enjoyed this one. Too many times I've seen a launch site just thrown down in an open space. Great fun to watch and depth you get from such a large asset when viewed from the highway is pretty awesome. Cheers man :)

The Colossal Building would of been a nice placement by the entrance. Very nice space center, I think there was something like this back in the days in SimCity 3000

The UK does have a space programme, and a Space Agency. No Spaceport yet, but the plan is to build one in northern Scotland. Won't look as nice as yours, I'm sure.

Well done, I've always like building a space center and I also add in the unique building...it goes great with the space theme. I usually put mine on a high hill or mountain top

Great build! Btw, started watching your build guide from the start, why don’t you activate the Europe theme in the theme manager settings so you get the extra buildings and unique buildings in game like the; tennis court, skate park, shopping center, etc. Also the different version of the hospital, police station etc. are added which might add a nice change of building variety in the game. Just a personal thought ofcourse 😊

I watch every video you make, and learn a lot. Really enjoy them. One little thing I would like to ask: why put the buildings all up to each other? Like here, you put the three high tech buildings as close to each other as possible. I think it would have looked better if they were a square or three apart, maybe with a fence, a path or trees between them.

Yeah you could do that, I was really looking at some satellite images of the Kennedy Space Center, there are clusters of buildings with large open fields and LOTS of car parks lol. Glad you're enjoying the videos mate :)

i like it except the space shuttle needs a far off platform away from the other buildings, just saying , i live 15 minutes from launch!! love the video

I didn't see if you added the weather station from the Natural Disasters DLC, which you appear to have on. It would seem a natural fit.

Are you aware that if ChirpX is placed near residential that a wave of happiness spreads through the surrounding population after launch? There are no negative effects on residential from this asset only a short term surge in traffic.

I assume it would as a unique building! Did I miss read it has pretty massive noise pollution? The happiness radius is pretty large?

@@OVERCHARGEDEGG I think the noise pollution radius is no worse than a sports stadium. It can be placed quite close to residential.
