I stumbled on this video on youtube and I wanted to say keep up the great work. This video reminded me of my college experience as well. I grew up in the states and went to college in the Philippines too and it was such a great experience for me. Your interactions with your classmates reminds me of how easy it is to make friends with Filipinos because they are just so easy going and easy to talk to. That was over 10 years ago for me. And watching this video just gave me all the nostalgia from remembering how scared I was into going to a Filipino college but then graduating and leaving with memories and friendships that will last me a lifetime.

You're so cute when you giggle... Most of the schools and universities in the Philippines observe the haircut policy especially for males. The standard haircut is called Barber's cut. This is a discipline that most administrators of the school would like to implement. Although it has no contribution to student's learning but I guess it's a good way to discipline students. and besides it makes the student looks more descent and respectable. It's quite hygienic I must say.

Yeah the schools dress code can be a little extreme in my opinion, but oh well I’ll get used to it

When I was growing up and educated in the Philippines in the 70's and 80's, only rich people's kids in middle eastern countries were studying in the Philippines. They loved it there because they can hire maids and drivers no problems. Fresh foods, vegetables and sea foods are also another reasons. Philippines used to be the playground for the rich in middle eastern countries.

You mentioned in the other video that USC liked group work. I attended USC-TC for graduate school years ago. Now I teach in So Cal, and I also use group work as well as individual assessments. Welcome to Cebu my hometown. You have attended one of the prestigious universities in the Philippines. The school traces its roots in the later part of 1500s being one of the oldest schools in the country. Graduate school do not require school uniforms. Professionals are exempted maybe because they are already old hahaha. Keep up the good work and enjoy your studies at the University of San San Carlos aka USC. You're in good company.

I love guacamole Trinidad. And those fresh sliced one thats eaten as a side dish together with beef and salad is quite good when I travel to Mexico. Cebuano again here from Camotes Islands, living in San Jose, California.❤

@@ItsNomadTrinidadhaha actually ngohiongan or chinese ngohiong its a local version of spring roll in cebu and it contains singkamas,ubod or bamboo shoots, pork or shrimp. It is located across of your school (front/main gate USC MAIN) and another branch is in Gaisano Main near UV Main you should try it since its also one of the best food delicacy here in cebu along with ginabot and siomai sa tisa hehehe. Agree USC is one if the best school in cebu or in the Philippines👌 but before i studied in UV Main tho😁 thanks for welcoming me lods! enjoy and keep safe always🤗

Wearing uniform and ID is identifying you as a student from the civilians or outsiders. School uniforms is better wearing civilian clothes, no need to buy always new clothes for school days.
