My friend interviewed Elle McPherson for a magazine article. This was back in the 90s. She was doing some kind of health program. So, my friend comes back from the interview and says to me, "Hey, you would LOVE Elle McPherson!!! She curses like a sailor!! Now, I mean that in the humorous sense. Looking like she does, people would just be shocked to hear her curse. So, you know, she did and had fun with it. Apparently, an enormously down to earth, super fun, super cool person.

According to what I remember of the 80s, she was much talked about but I couldn't put a finger on her. When she participated in the XX Thierry Mugler's anniversary I understood: she was vivacious, fun, the life of the ball, still classy and elegant. She's an intelligent and cunning woman! Being that attractive comes just as a second place in her case. If somebody wants to spend some time on Mugler's video, look at how different she acts from Jerry Hall and Linda Evangelista! Only 3 other girls stood out as she did: Simonetta Gianfelici, Shalom Harlow, and Helena Barquilla: those 4 women together, in those clothes, let the audience first GASP, then thank God for creating the WOMAN!
