This is one of the most powerful and helpful videos I have seen on this subject. Thank you, Julie Fast and International Bipolar Foundation. Gary

My biggest mistake was thinking I could love a bipolar woman. After 12 years of standing with her through sickness and health, she managed to destroy our entire life in a single week. Quit her meds, went manic, and turned into a complete devil. I can’t take it anymore. I’ve been mentally abused for years and took it because I know she didn’t really mean it. Now she thinks her loving stable home is the root of all her problems, and not her illness. She took off while manic and ended up sleeping around so I’m done. The sad thing is she will sober up from all this and be devastated by what’s she done. Will probably be suicidal over it. I can’t help it, I’m done

Thank you Julie, for explaining it so well. As a professional in this field, I am always mesmerised how experiential experts like you can explain it so simply. I remember meeting you back in 2014 where you spoke about glass heart and that talk is ingrained in my heart.

I am an avid #MentalHealthAwareness advocate and performer, and I love this so much. I travel the country trying to bring that awareness on stages, in classrooms, hospitals, and on my KZbin channel, so I get excited when I see other advocates. 💙❤

I think some ppl detect my vunerability, gain my trust only to weaponize my emotional attachment against me.
