@transsnack well first off, yes, you do cuz ur human. that's the average response from a human person. doesn't mean its right, but when is humanity ever right? he made it to get sympathy, so? i dont care about the actions of others so much anymore as just about everyone is a trash human unable to overcome their sins and desires specially when fame, money, and popularity of any kind heads their way. im mostly upset that ur all stupid and unable to ask and see the bigger picture and that something is wrong here. this story made no sense when u took into account what everyone has said. anytime i bring it up people stop or dont respond or i find out the account is just a bot and its fucking weird. yea, this culd just all be clair being really weird and botting her own account, or it culd be something else but we dont know cuz no1 cares, not even i care anymore and stopped caring halfway into looking into all of this. but it still irks me that just like always people dont research and just take words at face value. ANYONE can lie about ANYTHING for ANY reason at ANY time. even me. its why it's important to put ur own pieces together. People are extremely decietful nowdays, not alot of trust u can give anymore, especially with media and those who work in it.

@@murlocmaster6192okay but imagine a close friend getting that note and spreading it everywhere. You read someone’s suicide note, that someone else posted on the internet without their consent. This video came out just before a 17-year-old Train Spotter intentionally derailed a coal freight train that was en-route to a power plant. Because he "inspected" the switch days before the crash, it is considered premeditated and he will be tried as an adult. He set up his camera on a section of track that's only used to remove train cars from the main line for repair, then he threw the rail siding switch causing the train to enter the turn too fast, crashing into an empty coal car and ultimately derailing the train. Perhapse we'll see this in a part-2?

@maree443510 ай бұрын
It really is an interesting situation. There is insurmountable proof that she had done many inappropriate things with her minor fans, many times. No doubt about that. But I think in her head, especially with the stuff that was in videos/documented, nobody called her out so it’s POSSIBLE she convinced herself it was okay. It’s nowhere near the same thing, but I think of other celebrities doing things in the past, like Jimmy Fallons BlackFace, which wasn’t called out until recent years. Sexist/racist/homophobic jokes in film or interviews even just a decade ago that didn’t get people cancelled until they resurfaced. I think there’s some sort of phenomenon with these celebrities, who are willing to do anything for popularity and attention. And if it’s working, they won’t be apologetic and they won’t even think about it being wrong because, well, people are finding it funny. Until it’s not funny anymore. Most celebs handle it well and apologize, but I honestly doubt they all regret what they did because it DID work and they DID get positive attention from it at the time. I do not condone anything Colleen did, I’ve never been a fan of her, but she really could have saved her career and image by just admitting that the things she did were inappropriate and that she was sorry for any damage she caused. But I think her ego is too big, and she probably has that belief that “if nobody had a problem back then, why should I be sorry now when they loved that content?”
@DembaiVT5 ай бұрын
Nah. She needed to release a threat to the people who hadn't come forward yet. There were worse allegations to come. She did that to silence her victims. Go rewatch it and consider what a victim of her abuse would understand about the second verse. She is absolutely telling them that no one will believe them and that they need to stay quiet. She absolutely did something worse than everything else and needed to get the word out to some kid who probably blocked her. I finally watched the video with someone doing commentary, and as a victim of abuse...it absolutely scared me. Its a threat. She made that video not to apologize, but to THREATEN A VICTIM.

the part about the completionist... not donating funds that were publicly disclosed as for charity, and instead using it for personal use.... isnt that illegal and called embezzlement or smth?
@ALoser-ThisIsTotallyUnique11 ай бұрын
yes, it is embezzlement, and at the very least fraud. It's as illegal as you'd expect and honestly considering the circumstance and who he pissed off which is a long list but at the top of people you don't want to piss off is the IRS. Wouldn't be suprised to see criminal prosecution over this tbh
@alphapt937011 ай бұрын
There's better deep dives onto that issue. So take what I'm about to say as a huge sumarization of that, and more info is available. A great chunk of those funds ended up being donated shortly after the first exposé video, maybe with the intent of trying to diminuish the backlash. And since funds were always declared to IRS, the legality of the situation is on a grey area. What motivated the big backlash was a fundraising event (I think it was a golf tournament, might be missremembering), that funds were supposed to go 100% to the charity (that, up until that point, havent donated anything to anyone), and then revealed that not all funds would, as some would be to pay for the event to take place, and also paying people to participate. And since that was told after the fact, people were not happy. So, the personal use part is what is not totally correct there. It was not proven he was taking the funds and using it for self benefit. What was also not proven is if he was being paid (by those funds) to continue doing charity drives. What was proven, beyond any doubt, was that he was hoarding those funds "while waiting for a worthwile charity to donate to". And that's what is shady about this whole deal. He was not running a charity. He was running an organization that goal was to gather funds (by donations of others), and then decide who would get that money. As a middle man. Where he would have final say on who gets what. Another excuse that he used is that he wanted to find a charity that was worth it, and make a big impact, instead of giving to several charities and not be as impactful. So, embezzlement it is not, as he didnt misapropriated the funds. That could be proven, at least. Sorry for the wall of text, but heh, if you want to come at him, at least go at him for the right reasons. Personally, I think he would probably run the charity for decades, give nothing, promise that he would, and slowly drain it for "maintenance". While taking small bites, here and there, from the events that were supposed to be 100% charity donations, but werent. A long con, while pulling peoples hearts strings. And that's why I prefer to donate to charity with goods, and never money. And never throught a third party. For instance, animal shelters require food. I donate to one with ration bags. It's not the cheapest off the shelf, but the brand they usually buy to feed the animals. It has a great shelf life, and it's always appreciated.

Still an utter shame of that plane. It was a vintage Taylorcraft-BL65 and was well taken care off by most of its owners. Then this *hole showed up and purposefully turned it into a sacrifice to the youtube algorithm...

As a note, since no one has covered it from this angle, im very sure collen didnt make that video to apologize. She made it to threaten victims who hadn't come forward yet. Pay attention to when she looks at the camera, her tone of voice and her expression. Sure a bit of it is "wah wah why me" but some of it is an unsubtle threat to someone. That anyone who comes forward from this point is absolutely just "jumping on the train and making up something new". Honestly, i think she made the song to threaten a victim that had blocked her to stop them from coming forward.

@@Oliver-sd9ou Sunny had a weird "cancelation" because it was just leftists tweeting and demanding that creators stop reacting to his videos, it wasn't his whole public and after he changed the title of that video, continued posting while never acknowledging his "mistake", it just went back to normal. That illuminaughty woman is trying the same but everyone hates her so it's not working. Funny cus for some it's best to apologize and for some it's best to ignore.

seriously, to this day, the only reason why bliar got her downfall is because she tried to call out legal eagle, where one of his editors asked what effect she used for a torn piece of paper. then she went all out and tried to air dirty laundry and even someones self ending note. and then the receipts from them came in and she was found to be indeed a liar.

9:34 gotta admit, when I learned that Oz Media was Blair’s ex partner, that… utterly sickens me. Oz is 24, and Blair is almost 7 years his senior. She’s been working with him for YEARS, and not only was she a manipulative friend, a cruel coworker, but an abusive partner. On top of the overly aggressive nature of her videos, the fact that she tried to sue LegalEagle over “similar graphics” (since the editor working for LegalEagle used to work for Blair, it’s called artistic style), which is a fool’s folly in two ways… it just makes me so disappointed. She was a massive figure in the Anti-MLM niche, and advocated that abusive companies be stopped, but all the while, she was abusive in similar veins as they. It’s just bloody awful. And Jirard… I can’t. When I learned about it, I kinda just went “oh damn, why am I not surprised”, and unsubscribed. Now I kinda reflect, and I’m just furious. He ruined his whole career, his social network, his entire internet presence, over something that would shut down companies, get people fired, the like. If you’re scamming money from a charity, your morals are less than dirt. It just sucks cause these figures paraded around being positive, being “constructive”, but in reality they were the opposite. They were destructive, cruel, and didn’t deserve the large following they got, because behind the scenes, they were garbage, and tainted the reputations of other good creators. I was especially frustrated about Blair, but I’m glad that other creators that were not only well informed, but very maintained and controlling their emotions to preserve objectivity, I respect them all the more. Oz was such a fighter, and he still is. The Click proved himself to be a very intelligent and composed fellow in matters like this (really putting his degrees to work). One Topic still remained the positive force we needed, bringing light and joy to others. Wonderstruck Guy said what we needed to hear, and despite being so brutal, he didn’t throw insults, didn’t throw anyone under the bus, but instead presented the facts, and being so vulnerable about being truthful when it came to his own SUICIDE NOTE being exposed online, as a way to mock him. I respect these guys a lot, and I’m so glad they’re doing better now, and I hope they keep doing so.

This what really scares me about being a public KZbinr. Meaning people know personal information about me. It’s also why I don’t have Twitter, because I would become a punching bag really fast. Also there are plenty of examples of KZbinrs being called abusive and terrible people for something they may have done in the past or someone they associated with.

The thing that really pisses me off about the whole Completionist situation is that all of that money he raised would have been INSANELY impactful ten years ago; now, because of how stupidly expensive the medical industry is, it's barely a drop in the bucket. He didn't just lie to his fans, he (possibly) actively and maliciously aided in many people's families being destroyed by dementia by not donating that money and helping with medical research to better treat it.

the iiluminaughtii thing is still going, but interesting to hear Oz say Blair has foreclosure powers, this means her name is on the paperwork either for the loan or the house. so when he asked her to help him pay the mortgage while she was 'staying with him temporarily' was.... totally called for, and if she's on the paperwork she has a moral (maybe legal?) obligation. crazy how much she's spinning the narrative! love your vids btw, just subscribed!!!
