Damian looks like his dad did at that age. A noticeable difference is that Damian eyes are green like his mom's instead of blue like his dad's, Bruce.

He doesnt see it as an undermining comment cause he was taught to think its normal,him saying he has heard of him is basically a big compliment to Alfred and basically means Alfred is badass to him based on what he heard.
