But I have a question - If suppose on the last day the court wasn't closed and the person filed the suit in the wrong court...then in that case he would get the benefit of section 14(1) but since the court was closed on last day and he's filing the suit with the help of section 4...he won't get the benefit of section 14(1)... My question is that its not his fault that the court was closed so why wouldn't that extra day be treated in the same way as if it was the last day of the period of limitation?
