thank you for your explanation, but how /why do we categorize 5 or more point Likert scale or questions which have multiple responses into two ( for example in the case of knowledge you categorized into good and poor)

Let's say the variable we get is significant and the AOR is in the lower and upper boundary but become outside 1-12 range can we say it's Statisticaly significant and add it as a factor

Lower boundary of your CI is exactly 1, you have to check p value. If it is less than 0.05 you can say the variable is significant.
