4:16 you have explained the wrong doted line is inaccessible and the solid line will be controlle room

Im confuse about the instrument location regarding the solid and dotted line..

Solid line symbol located in central control room and must be accessible to operator while the dotted line symbol also located in central control room but located behind the panel or otherwise inaccessible to operator.. pls double check to avoid confusion.
