Something to mention is that life binder pierces. Meaning you can get the shield multiple times by hitting multiple gods. On supports its lowkey really good.

I would imagine the use of active items rises when item builder gets added. Gives us time to design and read items descriptions.

Assault is the best game mode, cant wait for it to get a map. Id even take the smite 1 map back just to have one.

They have a base damage (dependent on your God but usually around 30-40 + 2-3 per level) and add 100% of your Strength and 20% of your Intelligence.

bruh scepter of dominion looks insane It's basically a bard ult from lol on an item cooldown, which is one of the strongest ults in game if used correctly

I’m of the opinion that all Tier 3 Items should be Passive Items, and that Active Items could be a Tier 4 Upgrade for all Tier 3 Items (including upgraded Starter Items). It would be kinda like Smite 1’s Glyphs where certain items had branching upgrades you could opt into. It would be a nice way to make more use of gold in the late game while also evening out the pace.

I Hate Active Items... Who the Hack Has Those Reflexes in middle of the fight to remember.. Oh yeah I FORGOT to push the button.. Oh well I die Anyway so maybe next Fight.. Active Items are Anti Casual Bcs who use them... I cant find anybody in my games who have Active items in their slots... And whats worse.. My few Favourite items from Smite 1 now are Active Items And I Barely Buy them bcs I cant use them Properly 🥲 what a waste of Good Items 🫠👍

im casual and i think it’s funny to go invisible as Hecate and portal them in tower or spawn if you casual you dont care for winning just winning with dumb strats + it player expression more of that is better + if you forget too use them discipline yourself, learning is fun part of skill expression in any video games & actually learning not half ass it
