Chainsaw Hel is a pretty unknown thing you didn't cover. Old Hel, when she first came out, could reset her auto-attack chain by stance switching, so you could mash 4 and auto attack faster than the 2.5x attack speed. That's why there's a cooldown on her stance switch now.

Got 2 other bugs that gave a gigantic unfair advantage in the few patches they were live. -Skadi: If you cast your 3 and stood at the border, the Mov. speed buff would bug out and stay permanently. (Could dash through the map very fast). -Ah Puch: There was this one patch that made his ultimate hit towers. As you can imagine, they were almost instantly destroyed.

Oh gosh, I forgot about the Skadi one!! That was when they first changed her 3 to have a lasting speed buff. I hardcore mained Skadi back then and that was one of the funniest bugs ever. Skadi also had a bug where Kaldr would get stuck on random pieces of the map and just... never meet with Skadi again. Even backing didn't save him. Sometimes he'd vanish entirely from the map, and the only way to get him back was to die. Good times.

I think I remember that happening once but did not realize at the time. I remember playing a siege game as Ah Puch, and I casted my ult under tower with the intention of finishing off an enemy, after getting the kill I turned away to pursue bother objectives and within moments I hear the announcer exclaim that the enemy tower was destroyed. Instead of thinking it was my ult I had thought it was the minion wave that was coming up after I had killed the enemy god. But even then I thought it was very strange because I could've sworn the tower was almost at full health.

There was also something with one of the Sun Wukong skin that was banned from ranked and professional games since either animation was faster or his hitbox was smaller. Can't remember exactly what it was, but it gave an unfair advantage.

The mercury 381 movement speed, at least as far as I remember it, he used to be 375 and at that time it was the max base movement speed until Chiron released with 380, a couple patches after they buffed merc to 381

Executes have been changed since then, so now they actually execute, they don't count as dealing damage anymore. though they still show up as dealing 9999 dmg on the death tab

Also, to my knowledge Khepris ulti doesn't protect against executes, and I think that is absolute bs. I love throwing my ulti in the last second and watch the entire enemy team die inside.

Siim Tõkke That is true, executes go through Khepri ult. Originally executes didn’t and you would just get revived. They changed it at some point I don’t remember when, but I think it’s a good change, gives some more counter play to it.

There was a bug with Ne Zha on release where he'd get stuck in the air during his ultimate and stay there for the rest of the game. They turned Cupid into a magical god for one patch in 2012 and then realised it was awful and made him physical again. There was an Arachne bug where she could make Mystical Mail apply to you permanently. There was a relic (active) called Motivate that gave you fire minions at level 1, which was pretty hilarious. There was also an infinite damage loop if two Nemesis players used their shields at the same time, instantly killing whoever attacked first.

I think the extended jungle on the outside of the map adds something other mobas are scared to do which is a little more complexity to those lanes. Just the draugr area has added so much to outplay potentials in duo

I remember seeing the minotaurs running up mid. I only encountered it when the game went on for over an hour. I think it around the 2 hour mark that a message popped up and both just walked up mid. Honestly it was a blessing in that match.

U missed quite a lot, the biggest 8 I can mention out of my head: 1. Glitching into walls and flying out of the map dying after a few minutes or being able to kill people from out of map. 2. Infinite long jumps e.g. Bastet and Scylla could literally fast travel from one titan to another. 3. Teamkill, nezha ulting an enemy and kumba ulting the same enemy lead to kumba killing the teammate nezha instantly. 4. Healing the titan, yes u could heal the titan and even give it Aura buffs XDDD 5. Infinite Abilities/Ults/Relics by cheating, lag switching, glitching 6. Godmode, done by cheating and exploits 7. Movement speed bugs, depending on god u could lock a movementspeed ability to give infinite movementspeed buff, one of the most known is prob skadi. 8. No damage cap, u could go up to almost 3k crits in normal games (jungle practice is something else!)

they need to add actual events, cheaper skins, old fun game modes into match-of-the-day rotation on weekends, Arena leaderboard and ranked rewards, meaning to achievements/achievement points, clan wars... also need better community managers on Smite reddit and mybe spl chat. and Hirez needs to stop sleeping on international, console and Arena players when it comes to Smite ranked scene. or how EU teams have to play with high ping against NA teams

Didn't know about the merc jump and minotaurs in mid, but I got the other things from my brothers and sisters. I will add Tyr and Change' ability cancels (does damage/ heals, then can cancel and get mana and cooldown back, was used rarely by those who knew till it was patched. Stacking Rod of Asclepius and 2nd tier item and such for extra healing (I think this is patched, as my brother DefinePride mentioned it before) Also during beta, there was the tutorial god you fought, the Manticore, which I don't think was mentioned, but I think it tip of the iceberg since there is an avatar of fluffy manticore. There is also the poseidon and hercules rocket combo, which would allow enemy gods to be launched onto the walls of the map, like old conquest and joust map (classic). Similarly, some gods like ne zha with banishes could do the above on some corners of the map. Also similar to Nu Wa and Fenrir's shake and bake and Cabraken's ult and herc ult, there was the thor wall and herc ult which on classic joust map cause a LOT more hits and damage as it was before the siege and Cabraken updates. Also neith's ult getting stuck in the "black hole" of turning around a banished god at certain corners of the map. Also old arachne tank and other very fulfilling builds. Gotta go make dinner, but that should be good

It wasnt just joust! There were a few things that caused this. It happened randomly for anyone with MacOS back when smite first came out on mac, it could also vanish of placed within a certain range of minions if you werent set to english, and another where if a morrigan turned into a vulcan and placed a turret, the real vulcans turret went invisible

Chang'es 2 (moonlit waltz) use to not have full immunity for like 0.1 seconds up until they fixed it in 2017. That 0.1 sec delay, plus high ping made getting caught out MID animation SO infuriating! I remember posting a screenshot of my being Ymir froze mid moonlit waltz animation on the Smite reddit, but that place is full of toxic fanboys who flame your post if you point out any issue with the game. Gag.

Chaacs heal is pretty strong, that plus the fact thana players are usually bad. Theres no reason to pick thana when theres so many meta gods with long range CC, so by picking thana your praying either the enemy team is bad or your team is good enough to give you a opening. Gods that can blink in and jump out are way more useful in like 90% of the situations you'd be in, tsuki has no mobility but insane teamfight and range why not play him if you going with no escape junglers. So yeah the guy probably missed a few ults.

Can confirm that the experience to max level one is not accurate lol. I'm 2 away from max level and I have around 6k hours on smite, 5k on steam and about 1k on the old launcher. I did however play arena, assault, clash and siege exclusively for the first half of my play time. So it might be a conquest-based estimate.
