Did you see that www.gog.com/forum/interstate_series/i_76_router_fix ? Just one little DLL, and no kali, no tunngle, no any 3rd party soft, just direct internet connection.

for about 4 months i've been trying to make this game work under Win7 Still no results. Such a shame

I've been playing on I76 under Win7 32bit for 3 years. You just need to download Arsenal version by gog.com(includes all patches and music without audio-CD). Then just set compatibility with win 95. I even run this game with glide 3dfx render, see this video ?v=duMLPJsyVpQ for d3d and 3dfx just a few additional steps. Later i will translate my howtoplay tutorial, now its only on russian)
