The Interstate system is an engineering marvel. I love when the freeway has a wide median where the opposite lanes are a football field away.

There’s a few interstates that I know that has medians that’s over a mile wide.

Very familiar with this freeway. I live in the south end of Kennewick, Washington and could be on this freeway heading either way in a matter of minutes. Strange thing about this freeway is that although its numeric designation is for an east/west freeway, it really runs north/south. It only runs southeast/northwest through the Yakima Valley.
