Interstate 95 - Traffic Spotting from Market Street

Philly residents are grateful that work is finally being done to, at the very least, start on capping this expressway. How long it will actually take is anyone's guess, considering this is PennDOT. Pennsylvania residents can at least seek solace in knowing that they aren't the only ones with a dragass DOT. I saw for myself that Western NY seems to be neglected with the fact that 1 in 2 roads are under construction, and many of their roads are still subpar. I think the best road up there is the mainline Thruway.
