Also look up Joe Cathright interstate bridge replacement program, and look up Cascade policy institute interstate bridge replacement program. They all have mutiple articles detailing the fatal flaws in the current plans.

Yes, that is how PUBLIC infrastructure works. That is how PUBLIC infrastructure has ALWAYS worked. This country was at its best when it funded to build and maintain things like this before idiots like you decided to be like a dog with a ball. "No take! Only give!"
