I drive a front dump mixer have for 5yrs now I can say that the comment that the truck dose not mix the load is wrong the load is weighed then put in the truck where the truck mixes the sand rock cement and water to take to any job

Well I mean yes technically that is correct. What I meant by my statement is the amount and mix type are predetermined when loading. Volumetric mixers allow you to pour any amount, any mix design on demand. That is more of what I was trying to say.

why waste time and money on gravel. just make a good subgrade with dirt. asphalt would not work in a concrete truck. it's made almost like concrete is, but it's not a fluid that sets hard. it's gravel and oil that's compressed with rollers. there are 2 types of batch plants. there's wet batch, which is mixed and then loaded in the truck. then there's dry batch. water, sand and gravel and rock, cement powder, and more water. in that order. it IS mixed in the truck. filming people pouring concrete isn't working in the concrete industry. I drove a mixer for 9 years and never heard them call it fast set concrete. for road work, you might be using dor 6.5 sack with 1% daraset. imagination is fun. why not use a paving machine. just back in where the foreman wants you to unload, and discharge as fast as they want. the machine does most of the work of raking, leveling and screeding. then the finishers follow along behind and float it and finish it. 16:40 you just drove through the concrete you delivered with your last load. interesting content, and fun to watch. hope you don't mind me nit-picking a few things.

Incorrect. I work in this industry and can tell you for a fact they are officially Barrel Trucks or Concrete Trucks. They are not "Cement Trucks". Cement is a raw product used in concrete. A "Cement Truck" is a different type of truck and trailer that hauls the raw material.

It is full 1080p 60fps. If it is poor quality it is on your end of the connection.

@@TheFormalPickle look at the beginning of the video. The textures are a bit blury. Not the video. When I load up fs19 the concrete textures are never that blury. The farther you look the worst it gets. Just pointing that out. :) love the vids.

KZbin compresses video files to save storage space on their servers. This compression causes things to look less detailed, less in focus and more "grainy" than it actually is. All of that is out of my control.
