Well done as usual. Last time I drove the I-30 was on a family trip in 1985: I've been back to the D/FW area several times since then, but mostly it's I-35E, I-635, and I-20 that I take, and U.S. 80 if the traffic on 20 is more intense than what the locals call "usual."

I've lived in the DFW Metroplex. You can drive 100 mph starting in Fort Worth heading towards Dallas, and still be in the Metroplex 3 days later. 🤣 Local jokes.

I-30 through the Metroplex looks amazing overall. My most favorite part of I-30 is the Tom Landry Hwy with reversible express toll lanes, the Margaret McDermott Bridge, and the Dallas Mixmaster.

Looks like TxDOT's putting in work in the early parts of the video. Hopefully they'll find a find to widen I-30 beyond Exit 69- as there's still a lot of traffic on it after narrowing down to 4 lanes.

@@InterstateKyle It's getting there. They're currently working on widening Interstate 635 between US 75 and Interstate 30. Project won't be done for another couple of years.

The towns past Rockwall on 30 are growing at a fast rate: Fate, Caddo Mills and then Greenville. Give them about 10 years and it will be part of the Metroplex.

Are you referring to I-30 featured in this video? I-30 going east takes you to Texarkana then to Little Rock. I-35E north from Dallas takes you to OKC and Guthrie.
