Silvana Solujic HI to the both of you, I would just want to ask about the final parts of the movie where Cooper landed to that dimension from where he can see Murph from her childhood, when they part ways and the clock and all of that. What's the explanation of all of that? I humbly didn't understood it at all really, like what's the explanation of that dimension? where did that came from? That's the only part of the movie where I didn't understand. And also the part where Murph and Amelia Brand touched hands, how in the world did that happened assuming that Brand's already inside Wolf's planet and I also didn't understand about the last part Murph being really old, I thought their place's already in a great famine, hunger, extinction and I was already assuming humanity's already meeting its end. How come she's still able to have children and reach at that age? please help! Thanks!

Mixed reviews of this film, some critics say he came close to his masterpiece, others say you need to have swatted up on your quantum mechanics and that the plot is quite complex. EPICC!...Its like what movies has Nolan made that was bad? and if you think the TheDarkKnight Rises was bad then that just means Nolan is genius because compared to other movies TDKR is incredible. This guy I tell you is one hell of a story teller. Truly great. Every movie he puts out trips the mind.
@petersanders945510 жыл бұрын
This is just my opinion, so there's no need for anyone to get mad about it... I've seen almost every movie by Nolan, except for the first one. I think his best movie, by far, is The Prestige. There are many who love the Dark Knight trilogy, well, I did love the second one, but I think the third is a true No-no. There are movies worse than this but there are lots of better ones. I kind of enjoyed the first hour but then it gets so disconnected, and so illogical. I know that this is a movie, that I have to suspend my disbelief, but there are so many mistakes, and predictable calls, that in the end I was totally bored. Loved Insomnia, though. And am I the only one who thinks Inception is not the masterpiece everyone wants us to think? Anyway, I hope this is more like his first movies, and not like his last ones.

You forget that the masses are dumb and don't know anything about the world we live in, and let's not get started on anything surrounding this world. Dumb people like dumb movies with simple plots, hot actors, simple writing, no thinking involved, lots of explosions etc. This movie will do just fine. There are populations within America, and many outside of America, that actually are interested in intelligent and thought provoking content.

SuperHarryFan Thanks for the confirmation SuperHarryFan. after watching the trailer two days ago, I posted here the request that is at the top of the comments. A little more thinking on the who, what, where, and when caused a 'click' towards "V for Vendetta" as a possible candidate. Yesterday I downloaded V for Vendetta to my new Galaxy S Smartphone and to my laptop and indeed found the track that matched the music in the "Interstellar" trailer. Very often the trailers use the tracks from other movies. What I was not aware of was the title of the track...aka.... "Every's Reborn". I think I will go to Itunes now and purchase it. Thanks SuperHarryFan. I truly appreciate it. (I suspect you are possibly an "Original Motion Picture Soundtracks" fan.

Some analysis. 1:40 , the chick looks like the daughter all grown up. 1:54 , they enter an event horizon, where theoritically, time slows down. I'll bet that the plot goes along the lines of Mcconaughey getting trapped. When he gets out, what feels like only a little while, turns out to be several years.
@kooken5810 жыл бұрын
Its supposed to be a Worm Hole. Event Horizon's are related to black holes. But who knows, he could very well come out the other end of the worm hole in a completely different time. Either in the past or in the future.

This movie is a more realistic take on SciFi and space travel, could be the launching point for a universe of it's own. As much as I like to believe that the earth will one day become Star Fleet Headquarters, it's a bloody pipe dream. Reality of the fact is, if we don't poison and over populate this planet, it's only a matter of time a planetary catastrophe wipes us all out. I dig it. I've always been an avid believer, we need to start looking into leaving earth, ASAP. However that would take a global effort, and humans just aren't that sophisticated or educated yet. I wonder what triggers this mass project in the movie. This seems like the movie I have been waiting for. Something to give the humans a reason to start looking up at the cosmos and embrace our destiny as explorers.
