@@Interstellis The main reason I can think of for Hightower is because it’s very rare to have a map that open in tf2. It’s perfect for practicing rocket jumping, hitting airshots, and stuff of that nature.

The reason is simple: The maps are popular and it's the closest thing to Team Deathmatch we currently have that's actually fun. And the people that play the rounds for hours at the time will have to search for a new lobby to hang out and frag if someone caps because most people leave after a round anyway.

btw people get mad when you cap on highertower specifically because it causes insane frame rate drops for the whole server, especially on lower end devices

also a lot of people go on hightower to practice rocket jumping and such so it's annoying having the round restart every couple minuets and having to re queue for another hightower server

@@tehwhaffle3088 Can testify that these two reasons are extreme niches because they never state these reasons. Most people that gets mad at people capping are enjoying their time fully and hopes for people to not requeue, or just want to be at the top of the scoreboard and not reset the scores.

Usually they get mad when the server gets overrun by scunts or there is only one player that is getting intel and the rest are doing the dum. In x10/100/1000/etc the objective usually lags the server to near non functionality.

I don't know why the Big Kill did nothing. Every X10 server has its damage stats set to the default one. Also some weapons like the SMG and Nessie's Nine Iron need buffs. Some do really silly, hilarious things, like the Overdose healing enemies.
