Trouble breathing since 2004 Supraclavicular Thoracic Outlet Syndrome Surgery that paralyzed my diaphragm, cut out too many needed neck muscles, paralyzed Long Thoracic Nerve and more causing droopy winged scapula. No one in my town will dx or treat! And surgeon cut out my 1st rib.... very disabling surgery to survive.
