Hello Sir, my Aunt has Sceleroderma related ILD... chronic cough.. recently whenever she coughs, a bulge/nodule appears on her back(thoracic region) closer to midline but towards a bit right from midline. upon applying pressure in goes away and also upon cessation of cough it goes away... it causes pain. what would u suggest it could be, does it nessecitate MRi and which doctor to consult.

My age 68.sufferinr little short brathing problem with cough I was smoker. Presently quit smoking.consult with pulmologist Advised me Duovac roro inhaler Little better. Spirometry test done 02 saturation 96. After 2months Dr advised to see again. Now little betten. Cough white n blakish split out occassional. Consult cardiologist. Ècg n Echo done. Pl advise.

Hello mam. Wish you a speedy recovery. Two points I would like to stress upon. Omnacort 2.5mg is no dose for any ILD patient. Below 10mg omnacort is of no use. Azoran we no longer prescribe as many other good drugs are available. Regarding your kedarnath yatra that depends upon your symptoms/oxygen saturation/pft report at present/exercise Desaturation

If I understand correctly then by PF you mean Pulmonary Fibrosis. That's a vague term for ILD interstitial Lung diseases. N IPF is a type of ILD. IDI please share the full form of this as we cannot Make out what you are asking

I am under treatment for Sjogran disease. can you please tell me someof the precaution of advices to tae care of myself. what to eat what not to eat whoat to eat a lot will lots of drinking water help. ? As what you advised I was never advised anything else.

One day I asked I found I have not caughed here in hospital but in Home I caugh a lot. HE replied it depends on humadity. So I bought Humedifier. Because here in CAnada out house it heated to 20degree at least. So the inside air is dry. Here suhi dal chaval men bhui lagna kabee naheen hota hai . Jaise ki maine 3 sal men 1 packet maida kharch kiya and iyt was good till the end. If I drink more liquid how many glasses a day if you can give me a number. For briinging the mucus out.
