Respected sir, my sgpt increased to 235 so my doctor stopped tb medicine for 7 days. So will it be any problem for my tb treatment? Will i have to restart the medicine? I have completed 1 month dose.

Hello sir What if in one FNAC report it is diagnosed as tuberculous lymphangitis but in the secind one it came normal again. Should we start the medical regimen?

@@pragyashree-y8t FNAC is not a diagnostic test anyways. Needle aspiration sample should be sent for Gene expert and Afb cultures. We cannot comment like this what each report means because its all skill dependent test. Also depends upon history and examination and symptoms. @@tanwar_queen5119 koi bhi tablet ek saath lene ka matlab ye nahi hota ki agar 4 goli hai to aap 4 goli ek saath mouth me dalege. Ek saath ka matlab hota hai ki aap 1/2hr me (within30 mins) saari tablets le lein. Patients galti karte hai ki ek goli subah ek dopahar ek shaam ek raat lete hai. Aise nahi leni hoti.

@@suyogchaudhari depends what do you mean by pranayama. Yoga as a science overall which includes breathing work (prana exervises), Asanas (physical exercises),dhyaan (meditation), bhojan (satvic diet) .... all inclusively is definitely helpful in overall well being and shud be practised. However if someone believes that with above they will not need medicines that is a myth and also Post TB sequale cannot be reversed with Yoga or any medicines. So one needs a holistic approach of medicines + diet + yoga

Sir my father is going through eye tb. He has no tb germs in his lungs and he is taking tb medicines from last 3 weeks but in his monthly report his ALT sgpt is 266. The doctor has prescribed him with ursocol 300 mg twice a day. He also added that if it doesn’t reduces sgpt level than we will have to hold the tb medicines for some days. Sir will it affect the tb treatment if the doctor holds the tb medicines? Will it become drug resistant? It would be very kind if you reply.😊

At sgpt 266 TB medicines should be stopped already. Urosocol usually doesnt help. Kindly take treatment undrr pulmonologist or TB specialis only

@@niloyghosh-ew3er nobody can predict that but usually doesnt happen that way because stopping and restarting is a standard practice in cases of deranged enzymes. And kindly do not stop by yourself on our advice. Either do a proper case consultation with us online or at clinic or follow as your doctors advice. Kindly do not do things on your own

Sir can u guide me about post tb treatment.... What exercises and prevention one can keep doing for better immunity and not relapse of tb... (I had 2020 :mdr tb 2022:pre xdr) whether bcg or other vaccine can help or any other precautions? I dont want to suffer again as i lost hearing sense and developed peripheral neuropathy due to tb medicines...please guide as long as possible, also ac ki hava me or thandak me breathe se thoda pain hota hai left lungs me,chubne jaisa,jaise wounds ho andar

Im having fever sir daily and i stopped medication after using for two months. From april im not taking medicines muje dar lagra sir may be mdr tb hogaya.my docter suggest to go for biopsy shall i go sir

I had supracavicular cervical lymphnodes larger one is 12mm my report was refampicin resistance indeterminate I started medication on feb 20 then i stopped using my self from april 20 tell now I didn't went for checkup also in between and yesterday i went for ultrasound sound some lynphnodes were decreased in size but some new 5 number of nodes started submantle nodes. All are 5mm each... Can i go for biopsy again is it necessary

Yes biopsy is needed. Send the biopsy samples for 1. Gene Xpert Ultra 2. AfB cultures Rapid 3. Histopathology Cultures are mandatory so that later when it is positive, drug testing can be done on it. New lymph nodes can come in ongoing treatment however it is important to rule out drug resistance. Biopsy should be done from the biggest possible node.

If biopsy is not feasible then wait and watch. Keep following up regularly with your doctor. Keep taking medicines as advised.

Balgam aane ki koi samasaya nahi hai is bimari me kyuki Saans ki nalkiyo ka size increase (Bronchiectasis) hone ke vajah se Balgam kabhi jyada kabhi kam hota hi rahega. Iski chinta karne se kuch nahi hoga. Infact accha rahta hai ki jitna jyada balgam nikaal sakein utna nikal dein. Kuch din balgam bilkul nahi aaega, kuch din jyada aaega. Aisa hi hota hai. There are various genes against which any drug resistance is detected. Indeterminate simply means that resistance status cannot be confirmed in the present sample. In such cases confirmation is done on Culture positive samples where DST (drug suscetibility) will be done.

Heart patient matlab kya? Aap bahut vague sawaal puch rahe hai. Heart patient 50+ type ke ho sakte hai. Aur 2nd baat, kaunsa inhaler use kar rahe hai aur usme kaunsa salt hai uspe depend karega aapke sawaal ka javaab. Iske alava aur bhi bahut si baaton pe depend karta hai. Iska best decision aapke doctor ko hi decide karne dijiye kyuki unhe saari case history malum hai.

Abpa ka thik prakar se ilaaj kiya jaaye to 50% cases me dubara taklif nahi hoti. Yes kuch cases me vapas taklif hoti hai to unhe dubara treatment steroids + antifungals diya jata hai. Ya fir kuch cases me Monoclonal antibodies bhi di jaati hai. Ye kah pana mushkil hai bina saari case details ke aapke case me kya taklif hai. Itna bata sakte hai ki medicines sirf ek part hai .... Yes can be taken empty stomach. Many doctors still recommend empty stomach which is an age old teaching. However the concept behind empty stomach is "That TB medicines should not get mixed with food for atleast 2 hours for best absorption" Now many patients dont tolerate medicines empty stomach and suffer severe Gastritis and reflux issues. This is an unnecessary side effects which can simply be managed by taking medicines as advised in the video.

Sir mera mantoux test positive tha and fir tb gold bhi positive aaya ,, CT scan me lungs me mediastinal lymph nodes enlarged mile aur right lower lobe me nodules bhi mile Ebus test karaya pr usme genexpert , AFB culture , histopathology, sputum test , biopsy sb negative aaya Mujhe last year october se fever ,coughing aur baaki symptoms h . Kafi jyda weakness bhi h ,joints pain h ,, weight loss bhi nhi ho rha bhookh bhi theek lg rhi h. Maine 2 months ka TB treatment bhi le liya h mujhe fir bhi fever aa rha h Sir ab mujhe kya karna chahiye. mujhe TB h k nhi???
