Starts with a 5 sec pre-count, then plays a beep when a round starts and a beep when it ends, plus an alarm after 61 rounds with 60 sec overtime.

Seems like everyone is sharing what they did, so i will too! 1. Toy soldier (kick leg up and touch toe with opposite hand, alternate sides) 2. Squat punches 3. Half way bend (just bend at your hips, go down until you make a right angle and repeat. 4. Crab dips 5. Ab bike (sit or stand) 6. Plank 7. Crunches 8. Leg drop 9. Dead bug 10. Wind mills 11. Arm and leg raise 12. Push ups (on knees) 13. Prayer hands pulse 14. Right crunches 15. Left Crunches Don't worry if you need to take longer breaks (i definitely had to) and dont forget to streatch before you workout! You got this! Also thank you to whoever made this video! This timer has helped me so much! Thank you for putting it up. There are not many with a great tone that’s not annoying and with no music. It’s perfect! This past year I lost 30 pounds using this style of workout. Mostly running in place now to move lymphatic fluid and it is working tremendously. I am so thankful that I finally did what I said I’m going to do in losing the weight and being consistent.

Thank you so much for this ! Truly grateful for it . I'm 76 , just starting to seriously work on getting myself fit with Barbara O'Neals's inspiring and enlightening talks . This is perfect ! I use it back to front - 15 secs intensive jog on the spot on my rebounder , then 45 secs rest with a gentle health bounce . Perfect , and nice bc no annoying music or loud jangley beeps ! 🎉😊❤

my fav workout for this is a HIIT workout i’ll list it 1. lunge jumps 2. knee tucks 3. Reverse lunge into knee drive with 10 lb DB (change sides halfway) 4. push-ups (on ur knees if u can’t) 5. squat into tip toes 6. DB hold w leg raises Circuit: 3 sets with a minute or two between sets

+John Depp Glad to help, and you're welcome! Yeah, that's probably one of the most common reasons, it's just a balanced amount of work/rest ratio I think and the 45+15=60 is a bonus so the rounds is easier to keep track off also

I do: windmill squats with 5 lb weights standing ab bike leg + ab bike on ground leg raise curl ups/ sit ups crunches plank push ups arm circles 45 sec going to the front and another 45 secs going back or just do going forward till you get halfway(22secs) then do back he rest of the time arm weight with 5lb weights 1 round on each arm then I repeat all of them about three times each

I like to do boxing practising my wrestling push-ups, and then sit ups I do that like for like about an hour for every 45 seconds, I do one of those workouts and then I continue doing that

jumping jacks high knees jump lunges mountain climbers burpees repeat 3-4 times then inclined pushups-20 reps diamond pushups-20 reps declined pushups-20 reps regular pushups-20 reps wide pushups-25 reps repeat 3-4 times This is my workout routine

1. Touch toes 2. Butterfly 3. Spread legs and touch each toe + lean forward 4. Lay on ur back and cross one leg over the other then grab 5. Quad stretch 6. Half split (hamstring) 6. Sphinx (ab stretch) 7. Sit down, put one leg out, the other leg over it, then twist body

Hanging Straight Leg Raises (as high as you can go) Banded Knee Tucks (band the feet) Plank to Toe Reach Reverse Crunch Knee Tucks Landmine Russian Twists Loaded Suitcase Crunches on Bench Decline Bench Leg Lowers (pilates ball under hips)

But other than that feels free to cut length, size and remove sound. If those terms sounds good sure I can cut it and send it to you, however you may not under any circumstances share the clip with anyone other then your friend, or upload it somewhere obviously. You have skype or facebook? So you want 5 sec pre-count, 10 minutes runtime and then stop clip? Or 1 min overtime after that?

25 to 40 minutes bench press session for 4-5 days a week with my resistance bands (35-50kg) Gonna see the progress, I'm currently ~60-62kg and 14 years old, at approximatly 10% bf, I'm bulking and have a decent chest. The results may vary because I've been working out 3-5 times a week for the past 2 years with body weight, calisthenics, and weight exercises; I also have my own plan which consists in full body everyday or push pull rest We go jim 🔱

Time Taker basically the workout is to jog at 50-75 to 45 sec then sprint 15 seconds
