Interval training Takapuna Pirates

Thanks Ian for the intense #intervaltraining with #TakapunaPirates #surfski. It was a great and beautiful workout with plenty of sprints and turns on Kipa #V1.

Sorry for the late reply. The yellow device is the Speedcoach. It's a speedometer, it records the GPS but I can't see it during paddling. For GPS I use Garmin GPSMap 66i, it has a nice big arrow pointing to the destination, plus inReach for live tracking anywhere.
