I'm on the carnivore diet; have been for almost 2 years. I'm also taking bioidentical progesterone and estriol suppository. I have recently been having a lot of anxiety/panic attacks and cannot handle stress at even a minimal level. I'm crying more (and I am not a crier). Some days I feel like I can't do life, I just want to hide away and check out of seeing anyone or doing anything. I am not overweight; Im actually considered underweight. I'm not depressed but have low mood, and very sensitive to anything negative. I've never been like this. I want my life back; I used to be confident, on the go and living life. The way I am now, is not how I want to live my golden years. I'm 57

I have hypothyroid and terrible menopause symptoms. I have a very high stress carrier that will hopefully be slowing down in a couple of years. I started carnivor a month ago and I feel MUCH better. But now I am working on gaining control of each issue and getting off all these meds. I am so thankful for Dr Bright and all that she is doing. Buy the book. It’s worth it.

@@flugmodus9214 omg…this has been an answer to prayer. Down 30 lbs. 30 more to go. Dry eyes all healed, itchy for 5 years certain area all gone, no itchy at all any longer, BP 125/70 had been 150/80, hair growing again, no more breathing issues, allergies terrible here in Northern Va and I’m barely experiencing any issues. I may stay carnivore for the rest of my life. I mainly eat fatty beef, bacon, eggs ghee. Thank you for asking! Oh my A1C is 5.5 down from 5.9 in September and had been as high as 6.1 some years. This is awesome. Not easy at first but once you see how you are healing there is no going back. My lipid panel good. Cholesterol 217, LDL 125, HDL 76, triglycerides 91. I have to look more into the numbers. Not sure if that’s good or not but my Dr did not seem concerned. 🙏

@@darlenesnyder4083 that’s fantastic! I’m very happy for you! I went from low carb to keto to ketovore and finally now carnivore in the last w years and have had great results as well, but I have to say carnivore which has been the last couple of weeks has been a bumpy road, I think it’s a healing crisis. I’m also working with a carnivore naturapath for my thyroid . But I feel like I’m down the right path, and if it is such an intense healing crisis it just goes to show that I caught it before it just in time(hopefully!) 😊

The fear is real now if you dont take hormones like you said… heart attack, osteoporosis, cancer , too low prog, too high e2…. Frightening I’m new to this whole fat meat thing which my kids have been at me about for years as I went vegan and was always always hungry and always snacking I feel so much better eating meat and fat except I have to take enzymes ox bile with betaine etc to digest it all. I struggle with the balance of fat to protein though. I need pictures of food examples . I’m 54 and still cycling Awesome info Thank you
