I am sorry to say that I have just discovered you and your music. And I am loving it. What a treasure! I could listen to you all day, and have sometimes. This interviewer was not very good but you outclassed him with your honesty and candidness. My condolences for your sister. My son has AIDS too and like your sister, he is also a miracle. 31 years and still kicking! When he was diagnosed, I prayed for 10 years, just 10 years so he would have a life for a little while. And here we are, 31 years later. We think he's done so well because for the first six years, we went totally holistic. No AIDS drugs at all, just natural medicine like vitamins, self hypnosis, etc. I read everything I could get my hands on about holistic healing and alternative treatments. By the time he went into full on AIDS, there was so much more great treatments available. We're like you in that we are not ashamed of it or afraid to talk about it. We've learned so much by just talking to others about it. You handle your bipolar the same way. I think being honest and open about it make it easier for you to navigate. You're a blessing Beth, to your fans as well as people who you help with your honesty about mental health. You've got a fan for life here, and already had one in my son who turned me on to your music. Thank you thank you thank you. Keep on singing, girl and I'll keep on listening.

It is amazing - even with this jerk of an interviewer, Ms. Hart responds to his questions in a logical and coherent manner, and gets her story and her points across. She is a towering intellect, honest, and expresses herself very well. And Beth Hart is an amazing performer!! Not only when she is solo - look up what she has done with Jeff Beck, and you can say "The sum is more than the parts!"

it almost seems like hes calculating her situation with her and her sister's death...as in what age they were and if to prove her wrong...maybe its me..oh well...I like the wild talking Beth Hart in interviews..this interview is almost lame but I love Beth Hart non the less!!
