I love Debbie. She made great points throughout this whole interview. My favorite thing she said was her philosophy on motherhood: "You earn the title parent. Because you give birth, because you impregnate someone, it does not automatically give you that title of mother or father. You earn the title." And I STRONGLY agree with her. There are so many children out there being abused, neglected, and even killed by their parents because the parents don't have the sense to just give their child up for adoption or if they have a loving family that they know personally who want children to give it to them. I also STRONGLY agree with Debbie, because I am adopted. Even though my birth mother gave me and my brother up out of pure love, meaning she wanted to give us a better life, a life that she knew she could never give us, she still is not my "real" mother, because she has not earned the title of parent. The parents that my brother and I have now are my "real" parents and in my eyes, they will ALWAYS be my "real" parents because they love us unconditionally, feed us, care for us, etc. However, the strength that my birth mother had giving us up was remarkable, and for that I will ALWAYS be grateful. There is no hate, just love. And Debbie is also a remarkably strong person to have given Michael those precious gifts from Heaven. Michael was meant to be a father, period. Just listen to Paris's goodbye speech at the memorial. It couldn't get more honest than that. I pray for these children. Especially since the anniversary of their father's death was yesterday. And Debbie was not lying when she said that she was always there for Michael and the children. She was there when Prince got very sick in 1999 and she was there when Paris needed her during and after her suicide attempt in 2013. So, what people need to understand is that these kids get to choose whether they want Debbie in their lives or not. Debbie knows that it's their decision. Therefore, when they need her, she will be there. No matter what. If they don't, she won't be. And she was also there for Michael. She never once publicly trashed him, she was there for him in this interview that was part of the Michael Jackson: The Footage You Were Never Meant To See Documentary, she was there for him during his 2005 trial, and she was there for him during the AEG Civil Trial. No one is perfect, but I am very grateful that Michael had Debbie in his life for some time and that she was the mother of his two children: Prince and Paris.

RoyalAfricanQueenV Actually, she made a millionaire deal by providing to Michael what he wanted. She even made much more money than a normal surrogate mother. The surrogate mother received just one payment and Debbie received also an annual payment. She was a smart businesswoman and a wedding wrecker, but I guess that in the business world sometimes things are done at the expense of something. Lisa, Michael's wife at the time, said in an interview with Oprah that MJ would come home telling her if she wouldn't have kids, then Debbie would do it and that she felt completely disposable.

I Respect the way Debbie handled this interview, she obviously cared deeply about Michael. As far as the children go did anyone think that maybe she didn't want them to call her Mom or spend a lot of time with them because she knew at one point she would be leaving and it was a way to protect herself and the children from the heartache of her leaving. If she would have been really close to them and they divorced it would have been a child custody issue and that was the last thing Michael needed at that time and so she did it for all of them. None of us were in her shoes so who are we to judge. And she said in the interview she never planned on having children and that is every womans right. They were two adults and they knew exactly what they were getting into and Debbie knew she would never win a custody hearing if she became close to the children and changed her mind about giving them up. In one of Michael's interviews he had nothing but good thing to say about Debbie so I don't think Michael would like what everyone is saying about her. I do not believe she did it for money I truly believe she loved Michael and if he chose to give her money when she left that was Michael and Debbies business no one elses so why is everyone so interested in that matter. As far as there sleeping together she slipped and said haven't you ever woke up in the middle of the night and watched someone sleep, that you could see the peace in there face and that she could watch Michael for hour and he was so at peace when he slept. They would have to be in the same bed for her to do that, even though it's none of our business if they did or not. I think she was a wonderful person to do what she did for Michael, he wanted children so badly and by Debbie doing that it made Michael the happiest he had ever been. I don't mean to make anyone mad I just know I wouldn't want people trashing my life just because they had different views then I did. They weren't bothering or hurting anyone else so please just let Michael RIP and Debbie live her life.

I'm starting to think the more private a person is, whether it's a celebrity or someone in the public eye, the more people want to talk about you because they find you mysterious and the more a person holds back the more interviewers press for your life details. That's the attraction as to why Debbie is getting all the attention because she holds back what is personal to her which she has a right to but it will make her more stalked because people don't know anything about her therefore will overstep boundaries to get a story. They aren't interested in the celebrities who have gotten used to talking about their life and their daily struggles - they want to uncurth some mystery

The way she talks her mannerisms remind me of Paris a lot. I mean of course her daughter looks like her but it's also the behaviour and the mannerisms that's very similar. Especially when Paris was a teenager her mannerisms were so much like Debbie. She has mellowed out a little but it's still there. Not to mention her sassiness and fiery temper totally from Debbie. Also I noticed Debbie's voice gets higher when she cries that's exactly what Paris said : when she cries her voice gets really high and she has problem talking.

Дебби мне нравится намного больше чем Лиза, и хоть я не так давно стала поклонницей Майкла - пока много еще не знаю, но считаю что Дебби по настоящему любила Майкла раз не только родила ему долгожданных детей, которых Лиза не захотела рожать, но и отдала ему. К тому же мне понравилось как она отвечала этим неадекватным журналистам. Молодчина, именно так с ними и надо разговаривать. Хотя общение Майкла с продажными журналистами (от поведения которых у меня появляется желание их убить) - Майкл умудрялся сохранять железно-бетонное терпение, уважительно общаясь с теми кто по факту не уважал Майкла и писал о нем исключительно лживые статьи. Это качество в Майкле не перестает меня восхищать.

I hate how much of a hard time she gets. She always been accused of being obsessed with him. The way i see it is that she has known him personally for 30 years, married him (if only legally) and has kids with him. I have loved his music and binge-watched youtube videos of him and im unapologeticly obsessed with him.

But it's wired and suspicious because in Michaels interview he spoke upon "his biological first born" and was giving the labor and delivery story and said Michael "son" stopped breathing and needed medical attention (that's a huge part of the delivery, no one would forget or leave out) 🤔 but she said she delivered him and he and Michael went off out the hospital together...

That was Paris he left the hospital with ot Prince. Prince had some problems during labor and had to be checked out before he could go home.

11:54 oh this is where Paris gets it from... she's definately her "daddy's baby" but she's carbon copy of her mom. I just know that this lady never said one ill word about his friend/husband Michael jackson, stood by him always and thats what actually counts. Not many people did this for him and she's one of very few. I love Debbie. ❤❤❤❤ This interviewer is so disrespecting. Such a shame👎
