There is a lot of interest and therefore hope for a solution within the timeframe, say insiders. "There are all kinds of interested parties, for different models and from different countries." The group includes existing and new investors. All options are likely to be considered - from continuing the company to selling the assets. Even talks with the Free State of Bavaria about participating in a solution are continuing. So far, customers have not backed out of the project. Instead, they insist on continuing and are supporting it, say company sources.

They dont shut down, they are "chapter 11" - endless of successful companies went through that phase...

@@dekkard You need to do some searches. They laid off everyone and shut down the plant after not getting some funding that they were counting on from Germany.

They didn t file bankruptcy, it s insolvency. Two different things. And they are pursuing their targets which are ground testing late this year, and first manned test early next year.

Why has nobody bought this company yet? Opportunity of a lifetime surely?! The German state has made a terrible mistake here - a golden opportunity to thrust the nation into the future (and in-line or ahead of the competition). An utter disgrace.

Let's see..... EBITDA of $ -88.98M for the last reported quarter....I guess I could issue another 100 million new shares (that worked a couple of times already in the last year) .. then I could change my name .... again...hmmm.... what do you think is a fair price?

@@lukerdeutschmann6836 2,200 kw is what they say to avoid the term megawatt. It's on Google of their spec. Blackhawk is just 2 electric motors if you convert but I may be wrong on exact electric power for that. Still for a 5 passenger 2.2 megawatt is too much and bad for range
