EVERYONE SHOULD WATCH THIS! Just graduated nursing school a month ago and got two jobs in Northern California because of it: one ER new grad position and an ICU new grad position at a L1 Trauma Center that had over 1200 applicants. This video is amazing and a fantastic resource 👌
