When young engineers are groomed under professional there will be quality design out come from them in future the education system should have included atleast 6 months practical training in final year for engineering students like architecture it would be beneficial in placements too.

Because i am now working at shyam metalics & energy ltd. So i can't attend offline class... If there is online classes are available that will be suitable for me..
