Wow. Anyone I was interviewing that offered any of those as a responses I would automatically assume was coached and they were rote replies. I'd move on to a few inconsequential questions, followed by asking a high pressure puzzle question to see if your behaviors aligned. Typically when I ask that question, what I'm looking for is someone that wants to know the NATURE of the source of the stress, and why it has arisen. As a general rule, I want someone that can identify the source of stressors and neutralize them before it hits the fan. Not the only person in the room faking calm.

It depends on the job profile, as well. While this might be a good judgement parameter for those in Dev or Testing, it doesn't apply to those in IT Operations
