@2IIM and Rajesh, create a video of a HIGHLY GRILLING interview, it's okay even if you pick your best candidate from the 2IIM pool. We want to see how highly competent people handle stress interviews.

It's an eye-opener video about an interview on an ethical basis which I believe is the best part. Add subtitles which help better understand of conversation because somewhat audio was not clear whether it was from your or my side .thq for the video
