Such a good race weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole weekend. That last race was phenomenal. I was happy for gaiser, jett or tomac to win. As long as we got a good race and it more than delivered. Well done to all riders

Don’t know who the interviewer with the Irish accent is, but his rider interviews on this website are the best by miles, the most inciteful, thoughtful and without that gushing sycophantical way most a**se lickers do their interviews. End of the day, Team Australia played it right to win the overall!! Jett had two sacrificing, hurdles in the last race. One. he went back to back races. Because overall he's fitness and skill is the best in the team. Two. He gave up the gate pick. Because he also has the best fitness and skill to work hes way, possibly through the field. Which he did. Tim. Win moto. Rest. Win second moto. Only objective. Jett Definitely isn't humiliated

Would love to see Jett do a MXGP season to see how he stacks up against Europe's elite. I don't think he'd be as dominated as he is in American racing Europe... IOM, there's more competition in Europe for him than in America… A shame we will never find out…

@@llLeezy Awww you still upset Tim beat what America calls… The best MX riders in the world… Stop with the excuses for Eli & Jett… Eli tried his hardest to stay with Tim but knew he would fall for being at his limit… Jett had a 3-second lead over Tim at one point, but Tim pulled Jett back in as Jett was making too many mistakes from the pressure Tim applied... A shame there weren't a few more laps to see Tim pull away from Jett… Tim won the battle Australia 🇦🇺 won the war…

Yeah, there really isn’t anyone who could realistically challenge him in Europe anymore. They had the big three in Prado, Gajser and Herlings, but now they only have Gajser and Herlings. But the thing is: Gajser is obviously the faster rider at the moment. When he isn’t winning, it’s been Prado (for the most part).

Jett would have won it if he did not make a mistake right before the finish line , if the finish line was not right there when jett made his mistake jett would of got back past tim and won the race , jett is quicker and the better rider , both riders deserve full respect as they are both great and thankyou for putting on such great racing some of the best we have seen in a long time

That pass mid race would have changed the result for sure! With one corner to go! It was perfect. I’m Aussie and love Jett and Hunter. That pass at the time was legitimate. Tim gave the kid a gift to not get complacent.

That wasn’t really a win. It took a dangerous, illegal move to achieve it. If Jett hadn’t slammed on his brakes, to avoid getting slammed into, [spearing, not a block pass], Tim would’ve been fined, and docked positions. He’s lucky Jett wasn’t risking getting injured by holding his speed.

That was emotion [embarrassment] taking over, not a will to win. He risked injuring Jett bad, and himself. That’s emotional, reckless riding. I actually like Tim Gaijser. He’s come to America a lot and raced a discipline he’s not used to [Monster Energy SX Supercup]. That’s probably why it bothered me so much. He’s usually a real clean racer. But that last pass looked like it was Justin Barcia trying to get someone back for wrecking him.

Good racing from Tim, he has does have more experience than Jett with a down-hill start area, Tim missed race number 2 (450 & MX2) that Jett won, yeh racing is racing, if Jett really wanted the win, he wouldn't have swapped race classes with Hunter.

I'm not talking about "Rubbing" your way by a Rider. Or inadvertent Contact! His intention was Block Jett! That's not the way we want everyone to Ride? Is it? Imagine everyone Blocking every corner? And 99.999% of the Time it is a Rider that gives the "Cheating" Rider serious Competition..? It's never a Slower Rider! Sorry about the Rant! But it's an important issue in my Opinion? As far as Jett's Pass on Hunter?? I refer to "My" Definition of Cheating? Leaving established lines to interfere with another Rider! Take care

Last year Jett did exactly the same thing to Tim he also indicated in an interview, so there is really no question of a dirty pass here but more thinking carefully and looking where it can be done. It is and remains MX and then the smallest gap is enough!

Aussie here, it wasn’t dirty. It was just a pass by someone who had absolutely nothing to lose. The first time Jett has been legitimately passed and made it stick. Lucky for Tim it was the last lap.

I’m Aussie. That was a totally legit pass every day of the week. Jett popped out of the rut on the previous turn exit and left the door slightly open. Great pass. He forced the issue. That’s racing. Personally I thought it was awesome and it will only motivate Jett.

They kind of are though, I mean we all know what Jett has done (he's AUS but US based), Tomac who only raced 2 nationals before MXdN and podiumed both of his individual races...Deegan, Justin Cooper, Webb, Sexton- our top 10 slot in with MXGP's top 10 pretty easily and I think with full commitment could go win a world championship if they chose

And they proved at MXoN that even a cobbled-together, unprepared team can podium overall and compete with the best GP riders in MX. Jett was clearly the fastest rider on the day, and he's also the best SX rider in the world, and an AMA racer.
