Nothing wrong with having a part time job, as long as the pay is good and the work environment is not toxic. I did go to college, but I didn’t realize the reality of it until later in. Most are going to college for a useless degree instead of a useful degree. So in the end, it seems your degree means NOTHING to most jobs. No, if a KZbinr saves their money then they will be okay. The same goes for celebrities, if they save their money then they will be okay. The thing with successful KZbinrs and TV / movie celebrities is that they get paid MASSIVE amounts of money in a short time span. That time span is very limited, but they will get TONS of money that will last them the rest of their lives and they never have to work again. IF they save their money (failure to do that leads to problems).

@MiguelXisto1
@MiguelXisto1 9 ай бұрын
Boogie, i used to be a singer in a band and at the same time i´ve always been a bit shy. I remember once thing our manager told me that completely changed the way the audience would interact with me. He said "never show them that you´re a regular person at the same level they are. Be arrogant, distant, weird but never let them realize you could be the neighbour living next door". I became distant and a bit full of myself (but not at the point of being unpleasant) and that worked wonderfully as i noticed traces of curiosity and admiration in the audience from that point on. Im saying this because you made the huge mistake of turning yourself into a "normal" person that bitches about its problems on daily basis just like pretty much all of us out here. When you do that then the "mistery" is lost and you´re just a regular neighbour living next door. And we just dont have the time or willpower to be anyone´s therapist beside ourselves and our closest friends/relatives. You mix way to much personal stuff and it becomes a struggle for us to deal with that and that´s why your viewership sank. You´re a very funny guy and with a unique type of humour. Plus you can be a damn good actor too. One of the funniest videos i´ve ever watched was the one where Francis talked about Sim city. That stuff was gold and i alwayd wondered why you didnt start a series where Francis couldn´t get mad because of his doctors orders while at the same time talked about all the games and controversies around the gaming community. I think you would struck gold with that one. Just imagine the possibilities. Hope you´ll stay well and, in case you end up reading this, i do hope it may help you in any way.

This is extremely weird advice to give. Maybe I'm in the minority here, but that's not what I look for in a celebrity at all. Why do you think people like Keanu Reeves, Chris Pratt, and Jennifer Lawrence are/were so beloved? They act like normal, funny, kind people. Sure, they don't go around bitching about their problems constantly the way Boogie does, but they're humble and normal. They aren't distant and weird. Maybe it's only for superstar celebs that this works. I dunno.
@MiguelXisto1
@MiguelXisto1 9 ай бұрын
@@Evravon Thats not the point. They can be humble, weird, distant whatever. What they cannot be is "normal people" because the moment they do, the "aura" is lost and people lose interest. You may think Keanu Reeves is humble and a nice guy but in the end you dont have a clue of what he is in real life. you let your imagination guide what you feel for him as a person and that lets you admire him. If you knew all of his daily and mundane stuff then you would think of him as a regular normal person. A public figure that wants and need attention needs to keep a distance between the artist side and the real life side. That was my point. Not that Boogie needs to be distant per say.

This part of the documentary made two things sink in for me: 1) Boogie doesn't want another job. I am not sure if this is the moment it finally sunk in for him, that this was real and this might become his daily life, or if he realized it prior to this. It seems like it finally smacked him in the face: "If I don't quit fucking around, I am going to need to go do this for real, and not sabotage myself." It seemed like he finally realized that KZbin is what he wants and needs to do with his life, and if he doesn't start putting out the content his audience loves, he's gonna lose it forever. 2) He sabotaged this interview on purpose. I'm sure some of it was for self-deprecation and comedy, and some of it was genuine terror/depression sabotaging, but it's pretty evident that this was him trying as hard as he could to make this woman go "I would never hire you". He saw that the documentary crew was "calling his bluff", so to speak, when he said "sure I'll go do an interview for another job!" to show them how serious he was about getting out of his financial troubles, then got there and realized he was way out of his depth and didn't want this. I think some part of him is still hoping that we, his audience, his fans, will somehow bail him out of this situation out of the generosity of our heart, because his story is so sad, and he's had such a hard life, and he's brought us such joy over the years. Would if I could, man; can't so I won't. I'm lucky if I get to eat once a day. Sorry bud, and good luck to you.

I hate to be so blunt but he has it better than any of us watching. His house, his payrate… he was talking ab how hard it was to “survive off of just 700” after bills but I’ve had to survive off of less! he needs to realize what he has. It seems like he’ll only realize when it’s worse, and then he’ll complain about THAT situation as well instead of taking in the positives. It’s sad :(

Okay, just a theory. What if all of this is made up. The documentary, the allegations, everything. What if boogie is trying to pull off another Psycho series like what Jesse ridgeway did, making the audience believe the story to the point of defaming himself as a desperate attempt to save his house. He needs the views, the attention and the money. What if his gf is a payed actor and is really actually just a friend and he is trying to stir up the internet with drama on top of everything else. The documentary seems too revealing for it to be true. Remember controversy equals views on the KZbin algorithm, I have a small feeling this could be a big social experiment. We could only hope this is the case.
