I have known Si for more years than I care to remember. I shared a room with him whilst serving in Osnabruck, Germany in 1998, he even tried to chop my finger off whilst replacing suspension springs on a HGV vehicle. For Si to start this amazing event from scratch and seeing what it has become is remarkable. I am an active member in helping Carping4Heroes and I can ensure that its an amazing event for the 'non-angler' as I know very little about fishing!
