What a fantastic person and chess player. I've been a huge fan of Dominguez for a long time. He's been a top player for almost 15 years now and stays up there consistently. He seems to genuinely love chess.

Would not be surprised if Leinier beats Caruana tomorrow. But this detailed intw would have made sense at the end of his tournament, needlessly putting of thoughts of retirement, future etc into the head before such a big encounter.

One of my favourite players. He played very solid, very good chess this tournament. If he knock out Fabi, he has a huge chance to win it all. After the games with Guseinov Gadir I predicted that he is in very good form and will go far in this World Cup. Best of luck.

Terrible interviewer. Fabi said not much between the 2 in classical. Most of the plus scores were in faster format. He is twisting words to get controversial answers.
