16 32 512 ? Why not 19 or 513?

It starts with the four cognitive functions Sensory Intuition Feeling Thinking There are 4 combinations of that order of which one a person prioritises in their thought process. These four functions have an extroverted function and an introverted function which will mean that you will either have Se or Si Ne or Ni Fe or fi Te or Ti Each one of those four will mean that there is 16 possible combinations. For example intj is; Ni, Te, fi, se, Or if you are outside with friends, Se, Ti, Fe, Ni. Where 32 comes in is basically the 16 types being split into two. So each type is just their third function being their auxillary, as opposed to the second. It sorta is a bit complicated and goes past myers briggs. So how to get 512? Each function can be masculine of feminine, which results in the 32 types having 16 variants which equals 512. I would explain further but i am an entj so i have other things to be efficient at. Hope it helps
