Hi! I’m the new baby mom. Ask her the countless times we called her, the countless times her son went to sleep asking why mommy didn’t answer the phone or if she’s going to call back, how many times she took her son and was driving with her son, or leaving him with the candy store guy to go get drugs, on top of it stole her sons aunts identity so she didn’t get locked up. She’s full of lies for sympathy

It’s called active addiction she wouldn’t normally do those things if she was sober people do shitty things during active addiction you gotta separate the addiction from the person. I’m sure if she was sober she won’t wanna do those things with her son. When she finds her way I’m sure things will be different. When she’s ready she will get help hopefully sooner then later. Addiction makes u do shitty shitty things that you wouldn’t normally do and continues that shame cycle. It’s fucking harddddddd esp when kids are involved.

Resentment is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. I understand your hurt but unfortunately drug addiction leads to these things. Hopefully things get better 🙏🏼

Layla you are a very special young lady. Also you are very intelligent and I feel that you are putting in baby steps to get clean already and I know when you are ready You will do it. I know what you are going through the withdrawals feel like you are literally dying. The comfort meds help just a bit but it is hard as,he'll to get through. And Jeff you are a gift from God listening and being so non-judgmental to helping these fine people.

Thank you Jeff I’m so sorry I haven’t been as active here . I’m really struggling! Layla beautiful you woman you can change things if you want it bad enough! Jess and Jim did it and they are on their way to 9 moths 8 1/2 moths for Jess ! I’m sad they changed drugs into just lethal combinations not that people didn’t die from regular heroin because I lost my son to regular heroin ! And yes Jeff life’s really hard! I’m so hoping you get well Layla and I think you are a beautiful person and I believe in you so never give up on yourself ! Honestly the longer you wait to get clean and the longer you put it off the harder and longer the withdraw will be and to think you have the power to just stop whenever you want, miss you are sadly mistaken!! To think you can just stop and start when you want is part of the disease when in reality people are literally losing there limbs and in the hospital and they still can’t stop so hopefully you’ll see a chance to get clean will be a blessing and a miracle if you can stay clean!!

If she finally gets clean and is no longer distracted from the harsh realities of life then her next big challenge will be dealing with the every day stresses of staying alive , paying for exborbitant high rent , buying expensive food in an inflationary environment while trying to find & keep a job to stay afloat in a psychotic job market with mentally dysfunctional supervisors.
