Hi Terry, great video interview, brought back some fond memories of my bonsai adventures in Cape Town. Was a member of Oyama Bonsai Kai and learnt alot from Rudi Adams via CRAB meets. South African bonsai and distinctive styles are world class. Now living in Devon, UK, Still growing and loving the art of bonsai. Keep up the good quality content. Lekker bly.....

Amazing content Terry, I was lucky enough to see some of Rudi's collection at Stone Lantern- there really are some amazing Bonsai professionals in SA so I am excited too, the exhibitions at Kirstenbosch were a little underwhelming though surprisingly. ..Would love to see a permanent Bonsai installation at Kirstenbosch (Like Herons Bonsai walk in the UK Wiseley Gardens.)

Right now i see the pierneef style after the painter is getting atention in the online "hobby bonsai" comunity, i am working on 2 pierneef style trees this year

That’s great! His artwork is very popular here and you can often find it on auction but it is very expensive. One day I would love to own one of his woodblock prints!
