What an extraordinary conversation! I feel the Divine oversight that is indeed driving the acceleration of our current evolution in consciousness guiding us to look inside, heal and transcend distortions. The arrogance of dominance to the simple humility of honoring the sacred web of creation is deep transformation and we have indigenous wisdom traditions that are helping humanity pull back the lost aspects of soul. Thank-you for bringing forth another thread in the beautiful tapestry of restoration, a massive soul retrieval well under way!

He is right on the spiralling of timelines and it applies to all energies as well, the dance of the energy is bringing us back into Source, we are fragmented and that is true, still, its like Kundalini or other aspects of this dance of the snake. Integrating all aspects of creation, is in this movement, because out of this movement in a primal way, everything has evolved in the first place.

When you mentioned we were in the “Ninth Wave of Creation” that landed so incredibly, I felt it. My life path number is nine and now we are in the nine year. However the conversation about time is mind bending for me! Have always been fascinated with time yet ironically always “late” wherever I go but now I feel I have been working from a different clock from our society and that our society is not in time: no, time is a rhythm calibrating with the All. This is divine timing. When I woke up this morning after hearing your interview, I said to myself, as I was genuinely confused!: But if time is speeding up does that mean I (we) am (are) going to die sooner? And I answered immediately without hesitation: no, because you ARE time. Wow! That made me stop and think! This feels relevant and I would be so interested about Sean’s opinion. In about 2021 muse came to me and she told me she was Melody Le Mer. (I didnt know about Lemuria back then, I had never heard of Lemuria; but now I feel she is from that place, and this is me building a bridge with the fifth dimension from my body, and from heart space. I associate this with the place beyond time which is the All. It encompasses time but as one of many aspects of reality, as time is only a dimension, not the all, it is only one of many lenses through which to perceive the all). Since returning here to my place of birth at Sydney Harbour, I kept seeing numbers everywhere in astonishingly meaningful sequences. Yet they were objective meanings not just ones in my so-called imagination because they were being witnessed by others too and in relation to events that were also meaningful to them. That is why I knew that current definitions of synchronicity were incorrect. There is most certainly a shared non-objective reality and of course we already know that anywhere because otherwise how is it that we can feel each others’ feelings! We have just been told that shared non-objective reality is not “real” but it is very real. Shared synchronicity experiences are only one example and for me and it seems many others these are happening more often than ever. One of these for me was seeing the number 55 everywhere, and this year in conjunction with dragons (year of dragon 8); and finally I added up the letters of Melody’s name and they reduced to 55. I did that because I had just put my middle name back into my name for daily usage (not just birth certificate) and so I can honour my mother and the mothers and the matrilineal lineage. All of the mothers but in particular of course MY mother ❤ But, I then felt the rhythm of my name, Sheree Gai Glasson, was completely vibing with Melody Le Mer. I then had the intuition to do the numerology for both: my name with the middle name added was 11. And Melody’s was 55. Now I understand so much that I didn’t even consider before 2021. I had recently, in 2024, found out the Indigenous First Nations name of the place where I was born, and after being called back here. I returned here in 2022 after having left here as a three-year-old with my family. Since returning in 2022, an Elder who is not in this life as we know it, but was of the resistance to the British colonisation in 1777, was connecting with me: I never had this before but it was the case. Eventually I discovered she and I were born in the same place: North Head of Sydney Harbour. I also learned, through Barangaroo helping me to notice different signs from Country, that the Indigenous name of the place where I was born was what we now spell phonetically as Gai-Maygal. Just before that I learned from Veda Austin, when you and Pamela interviewed Veda, that the body of water closest to the place we were born is our spirit mother. This place for me is North head of Sydney Harbour, where Barangaroo and I were both born. (I have lived and worked closely throughout my life with First Nations people here in Australia and also Peru. My stepson is Indigenous. He and I have experiences with crocodiles and I learned that my gene key 12 o clock location is 60 which is a crocodile. I took that all the way back to Isis and the Nile. Then I remembered how I had married a man from Havana. His Mother’s name was Isis. ) There is so much more but all of these things form a picture that connects with what Sean is talking about but also for me how the calendar of time connects with our human genome or DNA. Because like myself just told me: we ARE time! Going back to my name and because it relates to E=MC 2 like all of our names and because we are time (and so much more). Gai-Maygal means people of (maygal) Gai (the Country). My mother had no idea of this when she named me Gai. My father told here that she was not allowed to name her first born and because she did not give him a boy. And he kept saying when I was little : You were supposed to be a boy! From his mind, my mother had failed him, and I was a girl therefore “a mistake” my mother made. My heart still breaks when I recount this. Not only for myself. Not only for my mother. But for ALL little girls. And for ALL the mothers. And we are also they. We are each of us the all. And we cannot remove anything from the all or the all will no longer exist. Just like Einstein said ! E=MC 2. And energy/matter can neither be created nor destroyed only moved. And we are time and everything else. As without so within: AND vice versa. But If I was born in Gai, if I was a People of the Gai, I know that Gai is interdimensional being. The people of the Gai KNOW that we are interdimensional and they KNOW how to travel between dimensions, they always knew how to do that. And now I have honoured ALL THE MOTHERS by putting Gai back into my name and with a genuine remorse and feeling of empathy for all women for all that had and has been taken from them. And then I was able to perceive interdimensionally once again and because I had healed the broken matrilineal line. This is the loop at the top of the Christian cross: the Ankh. This is the matrilineal line with is a circle, not an arrow going into nowhere. We are One. But we can only achieve that oneness through our Love of the Mother who is also the All. We have abandoned and disrespected here. We being our current western paradigm that is currently being digested by Gaia, for it is the state of Rome. It is being digested and a new paradigm is born and I now see and feel this is the ninth wave of creation. ❤ in Indigenous Australian cosmology Country does not mean what we think of it, it means more like “Realm”, it is completely interdimensional and much much vaster than our western paradigm of psyche and understanding. That is why when First Nations people had their lands invaded by the British it was Psychic Rape. Still, most westerners just do not understand this and they keep telling them to “move on”. Move on from what??? We ARE time. We do not move on from time. We ARE time. We can only transmute, not escape. This is the matrix: the IS IS. The ground of being. There is no escape from the ground of being. And time is one of its dimensions. All of this is us. We cannot escape. My great grandmother was Maori. The last time my stepson came to visit we went, his father and I, to the Sydney Opera House to hear a First Nations man who is a musician who is trying to protect the sacred waters of our planet, a sacred well in Queensland, from extraction by a mining company. They are trying to destroy this sacred water which the First Nations people say represents great sacred source water. It is really very distressing. He was singing with a woman from Anatolia. They sang and wove their peoples’ ancient songs together and it was profound. What she said was (though she said it more poetically) do you think much about how wherever we go, we are always there? In this moment I somehow understood the theory of relativity on some level! I started to consider that E=MC squared is also us! My muse, Melody Le Mer: she was C, light, because Mer means light in ancient languages like Hebrew. Mass includes our physical body, that which holds the light, because, as Melody told me: You are a Sacred Being of Light. We are Sacred Beings of Light. And energy is the all, the IS IS. We are the all, the Is Is. Because the all is inside of us, just as we are inside the all. Because we are time. We know that reality is not “out there” and while we are are somewhere else. We are not “trapped in the matrix” because we are the matrix but that is the all, or an aspect of the all, at any rate. And we cannot remove anything FROM the all or it is not the all anymore. And we ARE the all. All of this has helped me to understand the way things are from a completely different perspective. I have been meaning to explore your medicine wheel exercise, Heather, and now I feel ready. Thank you for bringing so much insight and wisdom into my world, and all of your guests, including Sean and Veda. ❤

Right at the bottom of "more" which gives info and links, is a button called "transcript"; if you hit that, it will throw the text (spoken conversation) up on the right hand side of the video, with time stamps. The "translation" isn't wonderful though. It says "Mind" instead of "Mayan". That kind of issue. But when in doubt, one can read what is said in the order it is said via "transcript" function. However, I don't know if it will transcribe in your own language? Perhaps...
