I agree with Melanie re my transit through menopause. And it just came and went. It coincided with a partial emptying vía university of the nest and I knew it was time to let go . Years later I heard of a book written by.... and she also wrote about the reason we have menopause issues is because of the link to the nest. The idea we then become the children of the universe resonates. ❤
